I’m a partner at Cardinale Construction, a construction company. We do a lot of insurance-based restoration projects, including hail damage, roofing, and water mitigation from flooding.

What challenge were you trying to address with TACITO DIRECT?

We utilized their services for direct mail campaigns and generating leads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We contact TACITO DIRECT, and they come into our office. They take some time to understand and wrap their heads around what we do so they can be in the best position to advise us. After the initial meeting, they formulate the best strategy for the direct mail campaign and give us a couple of different options for mailers. Then, we decide, and they send the mail out promptly.

What is the team composition?

Since there are multiple faces, we’re not sure how many people are involved. However, we work directly with three people in the design phase.

How did you come to work with TACITO DIRECT?

We were referred to them by mutual acquaintances in Dallas. We were looking for someone, and work recommendations are usually a food fit, so we chose to do our business with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $3,000–$5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021; we use them whenever we do a direct mail campaign.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

There aren’t any guarantees when we do direct mail campaigns, but we’ve been successful with them. They’re definitely worth the money that we invest into them. We’ve generated a 500% ROI based on the business we get.

How did TACITO DIRECT perform from a project management standpoint?

They do a good job. They deliver everything they tell us to expect in a timely, professional manner. We’ve had a good experience with TACITO DIRECT. They’re responsive — if we need anything from them, we can communicate through various channels. We mainly like to use email to document the communication, but we can quickly call them if there’s anything urgent.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They can handle things on a large scale, but they’re still a small group, so they’re highly effective. Overall, the experience is personal, so we don’t feel like a small fish in the pond.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we haven’t had any downside working with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you need marketing services, they can provide different ways to generate business. It’s probably worth looking into them and getting a consultation to see what they might be able to do for you. Just make sure that you’re detailed, transparent, and informative about what you do so they can have a smooch wiggle room to do things the right way.

I own a real estate group called the Bangs+Wilkerson Group.

For what projects/services did your company hire TACITO DIRECT?

We hired Tacito Direct to design, manage and execute hard mail campaigns to neighborhoods we wanted to target for brand awareness. We also used their ability to aggregate large amounts of consumer data and target specific audiences based on our marketing goals.

How did you select this vendor?

We did research of companies that had concierge-type marketing services because we just didn't have the time to be re-creating marketing designs each and every month and wanted not only a team to do the work, but to brainstorm on ways to keep the content fresh.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We met with our account manager, Sam, who helped us flesh out our marketing plans and create a 1-year plan. He then came back to us in a few days with some designs and marketing copy to approve for the next several months. We had ended up wanting to go with an option where we had custom QR codes on our letters so we could track who opened and scanned our letters. We would then follow up with letters to the homes that scanned and engaged with our content.

What was the team composition?

I predominantly worked with my account manager, however, we would occasionally have meetings in the office with a few members of the larger team for additional insight.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been able to grow our business over 200% YOY for 2 years in a row, and seem to be doing significantly better than that even during this year. Great brand awareness.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The took over the majority of the workflow so all we really needed to do was approve things and maybe meet every 6 months

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are amazed by their agility and timing in getting projects done and the quality of the product.

Nothing significant comes to mind.

I use TACITO DIRECT’s services to generate sales, both in the new car and used car departments and in the service and parts departments. They also generate traffic to the dealership through direct mail and other resources such as our customer base and conquest marketing.

Additionally, they handle a lot of our digital marketing efforts, including email marketing and phone marketing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

TACITO DIRECT’s production and quality of work are exceptional. They always come through with what they say they’re going to do. The ROI that I’ve gotten from any of the projects that they’ve done has been very positive as well.

How did TACITO DIRECT perform from a project management standpoint?

TACITO DIRECT does an excellent job of making sure that all deadlines are met, and they explain everything upfront and give me different options depending on how fast I need something done. They also communicate with me regularly to keep me informed of their progress.

TACITO DIRECT has been able to provide me with all the resources and valuable ideas and information to help increase my sales and marketing opportunities. They’re just very professional at what they do, and they have a lot of resources. So I can always count on them to scale up or down as needed, depending on whatever project we’re working on.

No, they have never let me down. They do everything really well.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The best thing to do is to make sure that you set up multiple meetings and work with them to put together a short- and long-term marketing plan. Formulate different marketing ideas with them and listen to what they're presenting to you.

Conquest direct mail, driving other make/model trades as well as taking market share from other brands. They also provide email Marketing campaigns for drive trade ins and buy backs as well as many other email options. They also can provide video/digital marketing

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Any time we do any sort of marketing with TaCito, we have a severe influx in leads/inquiries which correlates for a lift in sales and website traffic

The thing I really like about TaCito is that before they do the campaign you choose, they will customize the campaign and focus a ton on where the inquiries/leads fall and or landing page to ensure the guest experience is top notch

Their commitment to our success is unmatched. They stay highly engaged during and after each campaign to ensure its success.

If there is ever anything that needs to be changed it usually falls on us as they are willing to do just about anything we want
