Key Deliverables:

Design System. Built a comprehensive design system from the ground up — including typography, color, component library, spacing, and interaction patterns — that serves as the single source of truth for the platform's visual and functional language. This system supports consistency across a multi-tenant architecture where different customers see the same product at scale.

User Flows and Information Architecture. Designed end-to-end user flows covering the core platform experience, including onboarding, data exploration, AI-driven insight delivery, and reporting. Flows account for the platform's complexity — multiple data integrations, hotel-specific contexts, and different user roles.

Page-Level Design in Figma. Delivered detailed, production-ready page designs across the full platform, including conversational AI interfaces, analytics dashboards, data visualization components, and administrative views. All work is maintained and versioned in Figma and handed off in a format that supports efficient developer implementation.

Marketing Website Design and Deployment. Designed and deployed the LaderaAI marketing website on Wix, translating the platform's brand identity into a public-facing web presence. This included layout and visual design, copyflow integration, and full deployment — delivering a polished, on-brand site that supports sales and investor engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration. Served as an embedded design partner with both the product and engineering teams — participating in requirements discussions, responding to technical constraints, iterating on designs based on developer feedback, and supporting QA by providing design references throughout implementation.

Ongoing Design Support. As the platform continues to evolve — including new agent capabilities, expanded integrations, and presentation-ready output formats — the designer has remained actively engaged, adapting and extending the design system to support new features without sacrificing consistency.

They've met all the deadlines and make an effort to do more than is required to deliver on time, when necessary. We use ClickUp for project management and communicate via Whatsapp and Zoom, where they record our meetings. During the initial phase, we had weekly brainstorming sessions.

We needed help designing an advanced AI app from scratch, including UI/UX and workflows.

What was the scope of their involvement?

In Sync designed the app’s UI/UX and created an end-to-end workflow. The team designed over 300 screens, complicated workflows, and AI integration. After In Sync completed the design, we handed it over to our developers, who built the actual app.

In Sync delivered weekly to-dos and deliverables. The team divided the app into dozens of main workflows and then into screens within each workflow.

The project was to build a working prototype for our upcoming product launch, to be showcased to customers. There were about 5 major features but hundreds of screens required to fully deliver the prototype.
