I’m the digital marketing manager of a consumer healthcare products retailer.

What challenge were you trying to address with SWeber Marketing Group?

We needed someone to amplify awareness of our brand through our SEO channel.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We brought in SWeber Marketing Group for their SEO services. We initially provided them with our brand guidelines, standards, and verbiage that we wanted to implement in our search rankings to make sure our site is consistently performing well.

They provide us with a lot of keyword research and content consultation and recommendation from multiple different standpoints.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is Steve (Owner), who has been fantastic in going above and beyond with every single request.

How did you come to work with SWeber Marketing Group?

I’ve already established a working relationship with Steve in the past, and they were already working with our company before I joined.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since December 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to SWeber Marketing Group, we’re able to meet our goals of ranking high in search engines and gaining more awareness and traffic online. 

How did SWeber Marketing Group perform from a project management standpoint?

The team consistently meets our deadlines and stays on budget, so they perform well from a project management perspective.

We use a lot of Google Suite for this project such as Google Analytics, and typically communicate through email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their dedication to learning and how they’re constantly improving on their craft. Algorithms change all the time, so they’re always updated on the latest trends and processes to make sure they’re at the top of their field.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive feedback to share.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you set your expectations accordingly because this type of work is a slow burn. It’s going to take several months before you start seeing actual results when it comes to SEO.
