For our unique process to be translated into our website design. The quality of our leads has increased dramatically and have a higher conversion rate.

We like Shona and Scott they took the time to listen and understand who we were as a business.

We’ve worked Shona & Scott for many years now on everything from branding to our social media advertising. Our latest project was for the creation of our website. As our bridal design process is bespoke to each bride it was important for us that this was captured on our site and conveyed clearly.

What was the team composition?

We worked directly with Shona and Scott at all times and had constant contact with them throughout the project.

A greater understanding of our process from potential brides.

Excellent, very clear understanding throughout. On top of ad hoc calls we had a weekly email update from SW&CO.
