Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We have been working with Sure Oak for SEO services for some time. They provide SEO recommendations, implement the SEO on our website, create backlinks for domain authority, manage and track GA4, GSC, and have helped with our GTM to track conversions (that is-Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager). They've helped us with AEO and GEO, as well as a website audit, SERP analysis, page pruning, and more. Everyone on the team is very nice, responsive, and most importantly - knowledgeable! We have monthly meetings to discuss their SEO recommendations, the implementations, the links they've built, and the projects they have planned for the coming month so we are always on track, and can pivot if needed. The reporting we receive monthly has helped us track metrics for growth. During our monthly calls, we have had the opportunity to discuss ideas we are considering for our website, and get their professional opinion on said website changes. This has helped us determine both what-, and what not- to change about our website for an improved user experience, that does not undo any of the SEO improvements.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Continuous increase to organic impressions (now 3x higher); more pages landing on pg 1 of Google searches; increases to total sessions, organic search, and engaged sessions; increased number of inquiries from prospective clients via our website; increased domain authority

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management is great! They are always timely in their delivery of SEO briefs (recommendations), implementations, and links. Always responsive to email correspondence within 24 hours. We have a primary point of contact for consistency, but have also been provided multiple points of contact, so we always have someone to reach out to.

What was your primary form of communication with Sure Oak?

Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In determining which SEO agency to work with, we interviewed approx. 10 SEO firms. We went with Sure Oak as we found them to be most impressive throughout the interview process. Not only did we enjoy everyone we spoke with (while other agencies were vague, or approached conversations with ego), but we also felt they were best suited to support our needs within our budget - and as an accounting firm, budget was a major factor for us. I had several conversations with Dalley in the beginning, and her thorough explanation of everything Sure Oak could do for us, were great. She provided examples, and outlined services clearly. When we met with an SEO strategist in our final interview, the Sure Oak team clearly exemplified a deep knowledge of SEO and presented a clear plan for how we would proceed in working together. In engaging with Sure Oak, we were assigned an SEO strategist as one point of contact, and met with Director of SEO, Andrea to ensure clear and clean onboarding in our engagement. Since then, Sure Oak has always provided us very clear instructions for SEO implementation, timely delivery of briefs, and access to an easy-to-understand reporting module.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sure Oak could have done differently?

At this time, no notes. :)

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Sure Oak was hired for my web site SEO along with content creation and Design work. Immediatly after I hired them when I asked for design work they informed me their design team had all quit and they had to outsource all that work at a cost double the normal rate [300.00 hour]. As part of SEO they were to wriite content for my site and blogs. The content was exteremely poor with missinformation and presentation so I had to rewrite it entirely and redeign. After I poined out all the issues without notice they abruptly quit my account. I would not recommend this company.I have close to 50 years as an attorney.

Commonly Asked Questions

Yes, the struggle between traditional and AI-driven search is real. The rise of AI is steadily reducing traffic from traditional SERPs and forcing brands to rethink how authority is earned online. While many users are turning to AI platforms like ChatGPT as their go-to research tools, traditional search engines like Google still dominate by a wide margin. In fact, recent data shows that Google receives approximately 373 times more searches than ChatGPT—highlighting both the scale of Google’s lead and the massive growth potential in the AI search space.

Without GEO, your brand may be invisible in AI-driven search optimization results, which will lead to decreased conversions. AI visibility ensures your business is present, recognizable, and retrievable by LLMs where users are actively seeking information or ready to act.

Instead of just tracking traffic, AI visibility success is measured through brand mentions, AI citations, improved conversion rates, branded search increases, and referral traffic from AI tools.
