The objective was to architect and implement an end-to-end solution for a scalable social network system with specific size and platform requirements. The scope included: architecture specification with blueprints, wireframes, source code, and documentation for implementing and supporting the system.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The design and the related documentation met all requirements. The delivered product met all business requirements and performed better than was specified. The delivery was done always on-schedule and on-budget, no surprises. Any scope changes/expansions were done only based on my company's changing needs. The levels of bugs and defects were significantly lower than our expectations (based on working with different companies in the field).

Every deliverable was provided on time and resulted in very small incremental updates later on. All timelines and price quotes were honored. All scope changes were caused by my company's changing needs and requirements. To which Exilion responded and adjusted very promptly. Their ability to expand their delivery capacity without materials delays to my timeline was very impressive.

The most outstanding features of our joint work were: the Exilion team's technical skills, ability to deliver high-quality product with very impressive resiliency and adaptability to always changing MVP of our very dynamic product (dynamic as in: always changing). The Exilion team was very collaborative and provided "soft" advising by making suggestions that were improving our product and saving us from future operational and expansion overheads. 
Overall, we had an extremely positive experience working with Exilion Technologies Inc. Therefore, we plan to expand our joint work on multiple projects.

I would have to get really creative with any suggested improvements and they may sound like nit-picking. Nothing important comes to mind.

The project was delivered as per requirements.

Iterative scrum-based approach. We have communicated through Telegram and email. Documentation was shared through Jira / Confluence. Some project stages were delivered a bit late but that is to be expected with the scrum system.

They know the technology, have the resources to implement, and actually deliver a good quality product. The team went the extra mile to meet our needs.
