Superhuman Prospecting was friendly, willing to take on smaller projects, and a great toll for small to medium businesses.

We had very targeted goals of gaining new leads in specific industries and following up with current leads. Our company is growing quickly and we needed help with this aspect of marketing.

Mike Shaffer was our Account Manager - great tools for reviewing the process and weekly meeting to keep 2 way communication.

They were tasked to make sales calls based on a script we collaborated on to prospects that I provided.

1 account rep and several inside sales telemarketers.

They assisted with developing a sales funnel with appointments, email contacts with prospects. I have begun to convert those prospects and leads to customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent collaboration throughout the process with one-on-one weekly meetings to chart the direction of the campaigns.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am impressed with their attention to detail. If a script wasn't effective with discussed ways to make it more targeted with the prospects needs. Working together with new and innovative ideas to get leads interested in our services.

We asked Pereus Marketing (RPMC) to call 100 prospects three times. Before they started this project, we've already sent the prospects several emails.

Pereus Marketing (RPMC) provided two team members to call 100 contacts.

They did a wonderful job. From the 100 prospects called, we were able to secure four meetings. Pereus Marketing (RPMC)’s team worked with our CRM without a problem.

The workflow was not effective. They insisted on getting paid even though they delivered nothing and never followed up.

What impresses me the most is that their founder consistently and genuinely cares about both his customers and his staff. You can tell the quality of a company by its leadership and culture, and RPMC has both. They are professionals who put their heart and soul into their work.
