• Posted the position an managed a high volume of applicants.
• Scrubbed and screened all applicants to identify the most qualified.
• cooridnated and conducted multiple interview rounds.
• Developed and finalized tailored interview questions aligned with the roles requirements.

Rainbow Resource Centre offers support to the 2SLGBTQ+ community in the form of counselling, education, and programming for individuals ranging from children through to 55+. It also supports families, friends, and employers of 2SLGBTQ+ individuals.

Summit Search Group was engaged to assist in the restructure and recruitment of 7 externally facing roles. These roles ranged in scope and seniority from leadership level directorship roles, to client-facing education facilitators.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the recruitement efforts of Summit Search Group, we were able to successfully engage talented individuals for all 7 sought positions within a 4 month period, which was less than we had anticipated.
