SuiteSolutions provided our post "go-live" tech support for NetSuite. They were able to better customize the software when NS Implementation Team could not. Created/modified custom forms and contracts. Assists with 3rd party time and payroll uploads. Troubleshoots ongoing issues that arise as we continue adding modules to the program.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Suite Solutions made a remarkable improvement to our NetSuite environment. They took the time to understand our business and our ultimate goal of the software package and has been intrigal in making this transition better for our staff.  Without their assistance, we would be lost.

Suite Solutions is very timely in their response and when needed go over and above to meet a tight dealine.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They made the time to understand our company, and services we provide and HOW BEST NetSuite should be customized to opperating most efficiently for us.  This was something we were not getting during our standard implementation, which was so frustrating.  We wished we had learned about them sooner and had them do our implementation right from the start.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Suite Solutions Group could have done differently?

We have no issues or concerns with the services we have received from Suite Solutions Group.
