We needed a way to create content for our blog on a regular, consistent basis. We hired Subfolder to create a regular cadence of articles for our website that would drive organic traffic and boost our rankings.

I have worked with multiple SEO agencies before, including Subfolder. Subfolder stood out as being really efficient and effective. Jared has always treated me fairly as well.

We initially brainstormed a list of topics and relevant keywords that we wanted to rank for. The subfolder team made a plan and schedule to create content that would help us rank for our desired terms.

I mainly work with Jared, but I know he has a team of content writers to make sure we hit our scheduled publish dates.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Its obviously hard to track what is happening in SEO. However, we have seen our traffic numbers steadily increase since working with Subfolder and we have slowly been increasing our lead volume as well.

We set a timeline initially and the team has been incredible at keeping the schedule. We have check-ins as well to make sure we are optimizing our campaigns and staying coordinated.

There's a pattern smoke and mirrors with SEO agencies, but Subfolder has been really transparent on our campaigns and what we should expect.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We need to turn more of our new traffic into leads, but that's a problem that will never go away.

Jared was very knowledgeable and generous in helping me strategize and talk through a lot of the small things I can do now to help us show up. A lot of the consultation centered around optimizing our website and doing keyword research to know what we can and should be targeting.

We recently re-designed our website and pushed the new version live. We have not yet started actively marketing our product, so results remain to be seen. I would love to meet with Jared again to get some more advice as we progress through the stages of our product/company launch.

Subfolder was easy to work with. We just had a single video call so far.

Jared was happy to offer me advice and tools that he uses and give me the chance to utilize them myself rather than demand payment or a fee before providing value.

I think it would be helpful to have a scheduled follow up for Subfolder to see how we are progressing, and if their tactics need to evolve with the stage of our product/company.

We're more confident in our go-to-market plans and strategy after working with Subfolder. We're excited to launch and see the results.

Jared was easy to communicate with. We scheduled multiple video conferencing calls that worked for both of our schedules.

Jared has been very flexible with the consulting. We meet for an hour each week, and I bring questions and problems we are dealing with and Jared will walk me through how to tackle them. If I don't have anything specific, Jared is awesome about brainstorming more SEO plays we can work on to up our game.

We didn't really have specific projects that we worked solely with Subfolder on, so no measurable outcomes, but working with subfolder has been invaluable while I've been getting up to speed.

Jared was always really responsive. We had our weekly meetings, but we also had a slack channel set up. If I ever sent questions over slack, he responded really quickly.

They have mastered their processes. They are incredibly efficient in executing content and SEO needs. They are able to give dedicated attention to strategy and understand our business needs.

I would have loved some more specific training. They gave some on Google Search Console, ahrefs, and more, but additional trainings would have been helpful.
