Additionally, the inclusion of any predictive modeling of how future metrics may look would be a valuable inclusion into these reports.

Our engagement with Studio Hawk began in June 2024 with a comprehensive technical SEO audit that provided valuable insights for our eCommerce team. From there, we collaborated on a range of strategic initiatives aimed at scaling organic growth efficiently. One of the standout deliverables was the development of a custom ChatGPT-powered copywriting tool, integrated with Google Sheets to enable bulk generation of optimised category and product page content, including internal linking. This content was formatted into XML files and successfully uploaded into Salesforce Commerce Cloud, streamlining deployment at scale. Over the course of the engagement, we saw a significant turnaround in performance — moving from a 32.53% YoY decline in non-brand clicks and a 25% drop in non-brand rankings at the outset, to a 40% YoY increase in non-brand clicks and a 12.96% improvement in average non-brand ranking by April 2025. These results reflect the success of a highly collaborative and technically sophisticated partnership.

When we began in June 2024, our non-brand organic performance was in decline — with non-brand clicks down 32.53% YoY and average non-brand rankings down 25% YoY (from 8.4 to 10.5). Through a combination of technical improvements and content automation at scale, we reversed this trajectory. By April 2025, non-brand clicks had increased 40% YoY, and average non-brand rankings improved by 12.96% YoY, rising from 10.8 to 9.4.

Watch Depot and Grahams are also experiencing steady growth in user traffic, showing that the SEO and content strategies are supporting long-term performance across all brands.
