• Strengthen our brand storytelling and make sure email and SMS feel on-voice and consistent with everything else we put into the world, especially around product launches.
• Build a lifecycle strategy that actually scales by using data, testing, and automation to turn new buyers into repeat customers and long-term Hulken fans.

Structured runs Hulken’s email and SMS program end to end, making sure the channels drive revenue, feel on-brand, and keep our customers coming back. Their work covers strategy, creative, execution, and ongoing optimization.

• Build monthly and quarterly channel plans

Their project management is exceptional. Everything runs through ClickUp, and all copy and design are sent for approval before moving into implementation. Once a build is complete, they send previews for final sign-off, which keeps the entire process clean and controlled. They stay on top of all async communication in Slack, respond quickly, and keep work moving without needing reminders. We also have bi-weekly check-ins that keep strategy, timelines, and priorities aligned.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their speed, independence, and data-driven approach stand out. They move quickly, communicate clearly, and manage projects async in a way that makes everything feel seamless. Their reporting is extremely robust and helps us understand performance at a deeper level, which has been a huge value-add

Are there any areas for improvement or something Structured Agency could have done differently?

Not really. Outside of the natural need for some guidance on brand creative and tone, which is totally expected for a fully external team, we haven’t felt any major gaps. They’ve been adaptable, open to feedback, and quick to refine things as we go.

I’m the marketing manager of a food and beverage company. We make protein bars using simple, real food ingredients, focusing on quality nutrition and great taste without unnecessary additives.

What challenge were you trying to address with Structured Agency?

We needed help running our email and SMS marketing strategy. We also needed help with our conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website optimization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Structured Agency creates email and SMS campaigns, updates flows, oversees Klaviyo and Shopify KPIs, increases average order value (AOV) and conversion rate, and fixes website issues. Regarding the campaigns, they’ve created educational long-form emails and short-form recipe emails.

What is the team composition?

Our email/sms team from Structured Agency consists of 2 - 5 employees (including three teammates focused on emails and SMS, the writer, and the designer). We also work with a team of three for CRO.

How did you come to work with Structured Agency?

I was hired after Structured Agency was already onboarded with the company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Structured Agency in October 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Structured Agency’s work has improved our specific KPIs, including AOV, conversion rate, open rate, and click rate.

How did Structured Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They always deliver on time and are willing to help however and whenever we need it. Regarding communication, we use email, Slack, and video calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Structured Agency’s leadership, management style, and team members’ expertise are impressive. Everyone on their team is extremely bright and educated in their respective careers. Additionally, if a KPI is lower than expected, they’re already prepared with ways to fix it.

There’s nothing they need to improve.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Structured was responsive but ultimately their work was horrible. I'm very sad to say but the team completely underperformed. We have since hired another company for $500 for google and they did better than Structured who charged $5000 for only google. Our new FB guy as a 1 man team beat Structured's FB performance by more than 4x. Structured's CPA's were $200 and our new guy is sub $50.

The worst part is they seemed very non-schalaunt and seriously lacked strategy or sophisticated marketing. They even set up our account wrong multiple ways which cost us a lot of money.

Not much honestly. They are responsive, but that's the extreme minimum they could do.

Results matter and they just didn't deliver. It would be one thing if our business lacked potential but we have since crushed their performance so clearly it wasn't and "us" issue.
