The team helped design and build a tool that extracted data from custom tools, stored the data based on our teams requirements which we worked collaboratively on the strategy before using the extracted data for multiple output reports that were sent to different destinations.

Their team was great at communicating the specific deliverables and timelines and staying on track.

The team was great at being collaborative to our changing needs. As our priorities and deliverables, the team was wonderful at helping to keep the project moving and staying as close to the original deadlines and goals as they could.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The teams ability to solve complex problems and come up with simple ways to develop solutions for our needs. It's very easy to over solution a problem and the team was great at not allowing us to do that.

I’m the CEO of Evoke Medical Care, a company that provides backend medical services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stratorsoft?

We needed development for pulling patient data and biometrics. The data had to be inputted into a system and presented. We needed data automation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve automated pulling out the data. They’ve also worked on automating the interpretation of the data. The process of sending it to physicians and hospitals was also part of the project.

We worked with two members of their team.

How did you come to work with Stratorsoft?

We’d previously worked with two companies that didn’t work too well. I met someone that knew them.

We spent between $100,000 and $200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in July 2019 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been fantastic; since day one we’ve had no complaints. The feedback and responses have been great. They’ve surpassed what we could imagine. They’re very receptive to our descriptions and create products that work perfectly. We believe we have the best technology right now and our customers are thrilled.

How did Stratorsoft perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s great; they outline everything. They send estimates on times and costs and are accurate. They communicate very clearly when challenges come up or if something takes longer than necessary.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to simplify complex situations and work with machine learning to add value is excellent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t really think of anything. Any time we wanted something different, they acted on it.

The scope of work began with a comprehensive design development and continues on to an integration or our proprietary MCO Headset with a network software system for the hardware connection to the Partitioner and end user, an administration function for the Partitioner and end users and reporting system for the Partitioner and end users, amd a data analytics system and a comprehensive administration system.
