I’m the head of content for SEOKRU, an online marketing agency based in Israel. We mostly do SEO and content marketing. I’m also a part of our business development team.

We’re a small company and I manage a lot of content writing tasks. This takes a lot of effort, so I need to upscale my ability to provide high-quality content to all clients. They’ve also handled content around sales platforms, cryptocurrency, and blockchain topics. On top of that, their resources help us research keywords that we use for SEO.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Strategically Content Writing Agency is doing amazing work. For example, the content that Becky has written for a B2B client has been ranking well. The content has generated thousands of clicks. 

Overall, their team writes high-quality content. Becky also has great English skills. In fact, I’ve stopped double-checking her work because I know that if send it to a native English speaker, it will be approved.

Their project management skills are amazing. They’re always on time, and if there’s a problem, they let me know. To communicate, we use WhatsApp. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Strategically Content Writing Agency provides additional services such as creating content strategies, ideas, and briefs. We have a system where I pay them to generate ideas that my clients approve. On top of that, Becky can manage SEO software well and research keywords by herself.

We can see a monthly increase on our blog by 40%. We’ve also seen an increase in our website traffic, attracting quality leads to our company.

They’ve been amazing about that; they always provide details and are flexible in terms of waiting for us to get the information we need so they can give guidance on it. We’ve used Trello, Slack, email, and video conferences in terms of project management tools.

We hired Strategically to write long-form content pieces for one of our products based on detailed briefs on the product.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Strategically completed a trial article for us that blew us out of the water. They have great attention to detail and careful writing that makes working with them great.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project was to write several articles, each about 1500 words. We sent the brief, then Strategically sent back an outline. Then, the outline would get approved by me. Following that step, Strategically would write the article and fix up any edits sent by me.
