Overall, our experience with StaffRock IT has been very positive, but like any complex project, there have been areas for improvement. One aspect that could have been handled differently is the initial documentation. While the technical execution has been strong, some of the early documentation has lacked detail, which has required additional clarification sessions with our internal team.That said, they’ve been receptive to feedback and quickly adjusted their approach, improving the quality and clarity of the documentation as the project has progressed. Their responsiveness and willingness to adapt have been key strengths that have helped overcome this initial challenge.
