We aimed to find 15 people in total (basically double our tech team): 4 FE React, 4 BE Java, 6 AQA, and a .NET engineer. We expected all of the specialists to have a senior or strong middle level. In two days, we got the first candidate and started our tech screening interviews with the assessment.

As far as I know, there was a team of 6 recruiters working on our vacancies actively but in the Slack channel, I created for screening the candidates and there were definitely more recruiters joined. Also, each week I had a meeting with the project manager to discuss all the questions, feedback and updates.

We give them job descriptions with the details of what skills we’re looking for. On top of the recruitment, sometimes we don’t have enough resources to do the technical interviews. For example, if we’re looking for an iOS engineer and don’t have an experienced iOS engineer who can interview from our side, we will ask StaffingPartner to do this for us.

I have one main point of contact, but about six people are working with us.

I consider forkflow to be very effective, everything was fast, cooperation was comfortable and productive. We felt that our needs were met and the company really heard us out.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The yare not asking too many qyations but deliver great results. Before SP we have faces few other agencies and all of them were taking much time with no great results. Here we had the opposite situation. Also, they are alsways available and ready to help. Creative approach to any difficult situations
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Grow larger and hire more people to cover more of our needs :)
