There really isn’t much I would change. If anything, as the platform grows and more advanced features are added, continuing to expand documentation and user training resources could make onboarding even smoother. Overall, the team delivered exactly what we needed and exceeded expectations.

We needed to design and develop scalable AI-powered web and mobile platforms for ChairBoss, including product architecture, UI/UX, and core feature implementation. Our primary goals were to build a professional, production-ready platform that supports AI-assisted booking, payments, marketplace discovery, partnerships, and marketing tools for beauty and wellness providers.Additionally, we needed a technical partner who could translate a complex product vision into clean, usable, and extensible systems that could scale as the business grows.

Development milestones were consistently met, allowing us to prepare for public launch, onboarding, and early user acquisition.From a business perspective, the platform is now positioned to onboard providers at scale, validate product-market fit, and begin revenue generation — outcomes that were not possible prior to Stackup Solutions’ delivery.While the platform is still in its early launch phase, we were able to measure meaningful operational and product milestones. The transition from manual scheduling and fragmented tools to a unified platform reduced internal coordination time by an estimated 60%–70%, particularly around booking management, provider setup, and client flow.From a delivery standpoint, Stackup Solutions helped us move from static designs to a live web and mobile platform in a single development cycle, cutting what would typically be a 9–12-month build timeline down to just a few months.The platform is now technically prepared to onboard providers at scale, with automated booking links, provider dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows in place.
