The scope includes updating and modernizing our website theme and redesigning key sections of the site to better present our products. They also handle ongoing website updates and changes as our needs evolve. The engagement is still ongoing.

The project is still in progress, so it's a bit early for hard metrics. So far, the updated theme and redesigned sections give our website a cleaner, more modern look that better represents our brand, and we've received positive feedback on the new design. Spyce Media has also consistently delivered work on schedule.

Not much. If anything, we'd welcome more proactive ideas from their side, suggesting improvements to the site on their own rather than waiting for our requests. Otherwise, we're very happy with the work.

Key deliverables included the custom website design, development and testing, CMS setup, mobile optimization, and launch support. Since launch, they’ve also provided ongoing maintenance, updates, and technical support to ensure the site continues to perform reliably and evolve with our needs.

Internally, the biggest measurable impact has been operational efficiency — updates are implemented quickly, technical issues are minimized, and we’re able to move faster on marketing initiatives without website bottlenecks. Overall, the new site has positioned us for continued growth and scalability.
