What was the scope of their involvement?

Spashta Dynamics Private Limited helped us produce a working prototype and get to a mass manufacturable design very quickly. The team conceptualized, ideated, and built prototypes through multiple iterations to arrive at the final design. The final deliverables included Gerber files, CAD files, assembly instruction files, and physical samples. In a sense, their job was to give us a repeat button using which we can scale to thousands of devices. Spashta Dynamics Private Limited also coordinated with multiple vendors.

The key primary measurable outcome from the project was to ensure that when we mass manufacture our devices, there are no defects or issues in those products. They should work as expected. The rate of defects was less than 1%, which is expected as per industry standards.Spashta Dynamics Private Limited helped us connect to the right kind of vendors and suppliers. They got multiple quotations and chose the best vendor for each task. This process helped us achieve a good price for each of our parts and components. Overall, the key measurable outcomes can be classified into three parts: quality, time, and cost. They proved to be really good in all three aspects.
