I’m a product manager at an AI platform. We offer an AI-powered platform that enables product teams to directly implement changes to their systems without engineering support, streamlining the process from design decisions to production-ready updates.

What challenge were you trying to address with SPARK?

We needed help translating the technical idea of our product into an easy UX flow for users.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

SPARK helped us design a new product experience from the ground up for professionals building and managing LLM-based products. They quickly understood a new and complex domain, helped us define the right workflows, and translated advanced AI capabilities into a clear and usable interface. Their product thinking, UX/UI expertise, and ability to shape an early-stage concept into a practical product were highly valuable to our team.

SPARK delivered new features that were being used by users. We also got some feedback that the product feels nice.

How did SPARK perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. SPARK delivered on time sometimes.

SPARK's unique ideas were impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

SPARK could have been fully dedicated to the project and continued with the next tasks without me explicitly asking them to do them.
