For example user to be able to add a coin that is in the Solana Blockchain and also a coin that is on Ethereum Blockchain ·        Users are able to Buy a pack that contains multiple blockchain coins. ·        Users are able to Sell the pack they bought which has coins across multiple blockchains ·        Admin Functionality that allows Admins to create pack with coins across multiple blockchains ·        Restriction of user can only sell the pack using the same blockchain they used to buy the pack. For example if user bought a pack using the SOL then they can only sell/withdraw the amount in SOL. o   User must not be provided with options for any other blockchains other than the one used to buy the pack Single coin purchases:This functionality is critical to our goal of being a ‘one-stop shop’ where users may not want to purchase a pack but would like to only purchase a single coin that is added to our platform as they trust the selection from being potentially a ‘Hard-Rug’ due to Byrrgis vetting coins before allowing on platform.  Core functionalities to include:·        Users are able to Swap a single coin that is on any blockchain. ·        Users are able to Sell a single coin that is on any blockchain.    Website UI Updates:We are currently working with a branding company to provide us with new branding and designs for Byrrgis. They have been very accomodating to our needs as this is a new platform we have required scope to be adjusted in flight and SpaceDev have managed the demand and given realistic solutions based on timeline working admirably to ensure the impact to timelines are kept to minimal.

SpaceDev have improved our platform in almost every way possible, but here are a few key points:

• Our platform now works far more smoothly, efficiently and consistently than before.
• We can handle tens of thousands of concurrent users now, something that was not a reality before.
• We have a far more robust and dependable analytics pipeline.
• Our database is more efficient and we now make good use of edge functions.
• Our user front end loads a lot faster and is free of bugs.
• The UI has been completely overhauled and looks professional.
• We can now depend on the platform to be able to handle any volume that we take on.
• The product is now set up for scalability.

The project management was excellent. The team went above and beyond to deliver on what was needed within the given timeframe and were constantly available for questions and discussions. Despite the different timezones, we did not feel disconnected from the work that was being done at any point.

As clients, we were totally saitsfied with the level of enagement and response to our requests.

The scope of work for the project involved the development of a full-fledged peer-to-peer car rental ecosystem. This included the creation of a user-friendly and secure platform that connects car owners and renters. We also needed a React Native mobile application for both iOS and Android, complete with features like car search, booking, and secure payment processing. 

A backend system was constructed to support the application and website, featuring user authentication and authorization, as well as a secure payment gateway with different payment providers. Finally, we also built an admin backoffice to facilitate platform management and a commercial landing page. Besides testing and quality assurance, key deliverables included the deployment, web hosting and publication on app stores.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The successful launch of the platform with all desired features in place and operational was the primary measurable outcome. We also saw early user adoption rates surpassing our expectations, and feedback indicated the platform's ease of use, which was a direct result of SpaceDev's work.

SpaceDev used Agile methods, which gave structure to the development process. We had regular interactions, and most milestones were met within the agreed timeframes. When we provided feedback, it was taken into account and adjustments were made as needed.

We hired SpaceDev to extend and enhance our development team with developers who are proficient in some technologies and programming languages which are complementary to our capabilities.

This allowed us to build and ship complex products to several fintech clients in LATAM; the projects encompassed integrating with different backend technologies, designing databases, building services layers, and creating user-facing front-end digital channels including desktop and mobile web interfaces as well as iOS and Android native apps.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Fintech clients (banks) were happy with the delivered products and decided to continue maintaining and evolving them with us.

The developers SpaceDev assigned to us were senior enough to work in a decoupled way where we implemented a lighter version of Scrum, assigning stories and tasks and then pairing 15 minutes daily to discuss progress and help with blockers. PM was provided by the bank.
