The collaboration focused on recruiting three highly skilled Machine Learning Engineers. Sowelo handled everything  from creating the role brief and sourcing candidates to screening, coordinating interviews, and managing communication between both sides. They delivered a shortlist of vetted professionals, detailed candidate insights, and even supported the negotiation stage to make sure everything went smoothly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

 The results were impressive. Within 21 working days, all three positions were successfully filled. Out of all the candidates they presented, about 75% met our technical and cultural expectations right away, which saved us weeks of back-and-forth. Their speed and accuracy clearly reflected the depth of their network and process.

 Their project management was spot on. They were organized, clear in communication, and genuinely proactive. The first shortlist arrived within three weeks (around 500 hours), and they kept us updated with regular check ins.
