Kam, especially has an incredible instinct for conversion, customer psychology, and building trust the moment someone lands on a page. You can tell he really understands how people think and buy online.

The design quality was top-tier and something we genuinely couldn't rave about enough. They take feedback exceptionally well, never personally, and always with the mindset of making the site better. There were moments where third-party app issues caused delays and frustration on our end, but they stayed calm, proactive, and moved quickly to resolve things. Their responsiveness was outstanding—usually under two hours. 
Solvex deeply understand what makes a site convert and how to build trust and clarity into every part of the customer journey.

Since partnering with Solvexmedia, we've experienced remarkable growth in our SEO traffic, with a doubling effect, and our revenue from SEO has more than doubled between January and February 2024 and Our Shopify website generate more traffics. Moreover, they've significantly elevated our ranking in the targeted keyword categories. As for email marketing, our revenue driven by emails has soared, marking a substantial improvement in performance.

 I'm the founder of an e-commerce company. Our mission is to bring unique outfits that provide customers with the confidence they need to conquer their day.

 We had no problem getting visitors, but we were failing at the final step. Our checkout was costing us sales every day as customers left with full carts.

 Following a deep data analysis, Solvexmedia re-architected our entire checkout system. Their work included simplifying user forms, integrating new payment options, and optimizing trust signals, culminating in a forward-looking roadmap for A/B testing. Regarding the user forms, they reduced the number of fields and implemented features that suggest addresses as the user types or allow browsers to auto-fill saved information. For the payment options, they integrated express checkout options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, which allow customers to pay without manually entering card details.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 It was amazing to see how quickly things turned around. We weren't just losing fewer customers at checkout — a 25% drop! — but the ones who stayed were spending 15% more. That combination meant our investment was returned almost immediately. For customer spending, the key metric is that the average order value (AOV) increased by 15%. This means that, on average, each customer was spending 15% more per transaction after the changes.

When we initially started working with Solvexmedia in February 2021, our SEO traffic doubled, and our revenue from SEO increased by more than twofold between October 2021  and September 2022. Additionally, they were able to dramatically raise our rating in the keyword categories that we wanted them to concentrate on. Regarding email marketing, our email-driven revenue has skyrocketed and greatly improved.

When it comes to project management, Solvexmedia excels. Being a small business ourselves, we frequently encounter obstacles and bottlenecks because of our little resources.
