After numerous interviews with similar companies, we decided to go with SolveMind because of their expertise in React, Gatsby JS, and Figma. They are easy to communicate with, professional, and a great fit for any team needing technical expertise.

The scope of work ranged from custom web design work in Figma to front-end development work. We are currently developing numerous websites using the GatsbyJS framework.

The SolveMind team has produced great results on both the design and development side. Their designs have helped us increase our conversion rates and time spent on page. Their clean code and intuitive software design have cut down development time and decreased page speed load times.

Communication and planning have been excellent from the start with SolveMind. The team is easy to communicate with, extremely responsive, and does not miss deadlines.

I'm the director of Technology and Innovation in an international online marketing company. We build and promote hundreds of affiliate sites in various verticals globally.

We wanted to move away from Wordpress as our main content management system and needed a bespoke solution to manage hundreds of websites with millions of users.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We compared the technical know how, pricing and references. We also had previous experience with several key people in the company from previous projects.

We needed to define every aspect of a new system to manage our website content. Our internal staff worked side by side with the staff at Solvemind to choose the right technology and approach. We built a roadmap that included a decoupled CMS made of core backend components built with Symphony using EAV architecture, and a front end using Next JS. We also built a mechanism to migrate existing WordPress sites to the new platform with minimal pain to our website admins.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to successfully launch new sites using the new CMS as well as migrate our legacy sites to the new system.

We worked with the remote team in sync as an organic unit. For our project and needs, we treated the remote team as a part of our internal team. Through Covid remote work has become standard so communication via Teams and JIRA became the norm for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to adjust to our needs and help us achieve exactly what we needed. They have given us the solution we were looking for from a remote team that feels organic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

More follow up on communication and understanding at the beginning of the project. But overall, we really reached peak effectiveness quite quickly.

The team started with a complete application UI/UX audit. The results of the audit was presented with myself and my team. We then prioritize the solutions presented and awarded SolveMind the second phase of the contract which included the UI/UX development efforts.

The results of the newly integrated UI/UX solution made a significant impact on our customers and investors.

The PM was extremely friendly and easy to work with. They found a collaborative approach to translating my requests into actions, and the results were astonishingly fast.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The talent pool that they delivered, the friendly customer service, and the fast but quality based results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Was looking for a more interactive based UI/UX report however their report did the job and the time saved on an interactive report was well spend on a speedy development.

I'm CTO of an in-home healthcare delivery company. We provide Physical Therapy at peoples homes and offices.

To effectively monitor the business, we wanted a "dashboard" that showed key metrics for the business, with the ability to compare previous periods, and to drill down to show details on the data used to generate various metrics.

The team from SolveMind developed multiple dashboards that helped different functional areas identify issues, and take steps to improve their productivity, and provided management information on how the business was performing.

Implement multiple dashboards using Vue JS framework. Key deliveries were a "Management Dashboard" and "Therapist Dashboard" showing metrics for including therapist performance compared to their goals, and time through the "on-boarding" pipeline - showing what steps were taking the most time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Dashboards worked well, and are in use today. They helped identify, and quantify underperforming areas that we were able to improve. All this data was available before, but was much harder to access and understand - putting it into 2 dashboard made it easier to review and understand, allowing us to monitor progress on a daily basis.

We had a standing weekly status meeting (zoom) and were able to schedule other meetings as needed. Their developers worked directly with our in-house dev team (we did the "back-end" in house). In addition, we used email.

I don't know what management tools they used - they managed their own schedules - but were accurate with their time estimates- most of the (few) missed deadlines were due to requirements changing after we saw the initial system, and realized that changes would improve the product.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to produce high quality, maintainable code, deliver quickly is impressive in the workflow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A few of there developers left mid-project - but they always found good replacements - often already on their staff.
