I’m the owner of a home services company. We do epoxy flooring, concrete sealing, concrete painting for garages, driveways, kitchens, bathrooms etc.

We wanted to consolidate data from multiple sources, including our website, telephone system, and Xero, and create one certain report/dashboard.

SolveBI has consolidated data from multiple sources, built a report, and set up automatic refreshes and notifications. They’ve done everything.

We found them through an online search. They were the only ones who could make the report exactly as we wanted.

We started working with them in October 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have access to SolveBI’s portal, where we can see the report and track progress. The report has definitely improved our decision-making process. Now, we have everything in one place, including the dashboard, phone calls, quote requests, clients, and invoices. We save 6–8 hours a week, but it’s hard to estimate.

How did SolveBI perform from a project management standpoint?

SolveBI has delivered a bit later, but that’s because we’ve wanted to add a few more things along the way. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SolveBI’s attention to detail is impressive. Our report works and looks very professional.
