Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project was aimed at raising our visibility on Google, throught the SEO and content creation that Sofya provided. On top of optimizing numerous pages, articles, and recipes with a professional tone and keywords, she also fixed bad gateways and some technical errors on the website. Her work also included creating new articles based on information she was given/researched, and keeping us informed on how our website traffic was grwoing throgh the use of monthly google audits.

Increased website traffic, higher search result on google, and a noticable increase in first-time customer sales.

Sofya had a meeting with one of the owners of our company every week to go over new information. She met deadlines, was very communicative on all materials, and effectively explained her work to individuals that were not familiar with SEO. She was also very flexible for when meetings needed to be changed, responded to emails the same day, and was upfront about any schedule conflicts she had.

We were struck by how professional Sofya Durneva was throughout the whole process. Our company was unfamiliar with SEO, so working with a level of knowledge like Sofya's was beneficial to our knowledge on the subject. We hope to continue working with her after a short hiatus.
