**The Review** — Dec 2, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: Softcery’s code has been up to standard coding practices and is easily understandable, which demonstrates the high quality of their work. The team is collaborative through Slack and Notion, and they perform beyond expectations. Their attention to detail and problem-solving skills are excellent.
"“Softcery’s strengths are their attention to detail and their ability to think outside the box for problem-solving.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder of Lockhern Digital, a digital marketing agency.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Softcery?

I hired Softcery to build a custom application for the Shopify platform that allowed our clients to import their customer data to marketing platforms, such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Softcery has helped us develop a custom app for Shopify. We had no documentation or code before they joined; I simply explained what we were trying to achieve, and they translated my requirements into code. Part of their solution uses out-of-the-box elements, so there hasn’t been any graphic design work involved. Still, they’ve helped organize the UI of this app in a logical manner.

Thus far, Softcery has already delivered the MVP of this app, so we’re now on the beta testing phase. Moving forward, they’ll help with ongoing maintenance and improvements. Our app specifically works on Shopify, so it’ll be available through Shopify’s add-ons and plug-ins marketplace.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with a project manager and an engineer from Softcery.

How did you come to work with Softcery?

I found them on Upwork.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of Softcery’s work is exceptional. They provided me with the GitHub repository, where I’ve been able to review all the code and their notes. Everything has been up to standard coding practices, and I’ve been able to easily understand what each part of the code does, which is excellent. Their code was almost correct the first time; it required minimal improvement, demonstrating that it had been well-QAd.

How did Softcery perform from a project management standpoint?

Softcery’s communication is excellent, and they’ve met our deadlines and stayed on budget. From the start, their team suggested setting up a weekly status call to go over roadblocks and the next steps. This recurring call has helped us keep accountability on both sides, especially mine because it has helped me know when I need to move on for certain tasks on my end. We use Slack and Notion to collaborate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Softcery’s strengths are their attention to detail and their ability to think outside the box for problem-solving. We’ve faced a number of issues related to getting approval through specific APIs. Still, their team has been incredibly diligent in finding solutions, going far beyond what I expected them to do throughout the process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive feedback for them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Set up a weekly status call with them as the development goes through.

- Review Type: Phone Interview

**The Review** — Nov 14, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: The client was delighted with Softcery's work, which was efficient, high-quality, and flexible to their needs. Softcery used Slack and Notion as the main project management tools to keep a communicative process. The client also praises their proactiveness and ability to understand their needs.
"''Their strategy and progress were rapid and high-quality.''"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an executive at a marketing agency specializing in content production.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenges were you trying to address with Softcery?

We were building an analytics tool for our customers and needed help with custom software development. I had the technical understanding of how to get the product done, but I still couldn’t implement it because I’m not specialized in coding, so I decided to reach someone who could build the product for us with high-level quality.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Softcery helped us with custom full stack software development of an analytics SaaS platform; they took us from the concept we had through the functional prototype stage of a web app. Regarding technologies, we used TypeScript, React.js, Terraform, and AWS.

What was the team composition?

We worked with around six members of their team, including Elijah (CEO), who was my main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Softcery?

I posted an opening, and Softcery applied for it with a detailed scope of the requirements and additional questions beyond why I shared in my RFP — their overall application was personalized and high-quality, which stood out for us. Moreover, they seemed to have a great business sense on top of their development skills.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent around $4,200 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–October 2022. We had to end our partnership due to a financial issue on our end.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their strategy and progress were rapid and high-quality; they separated everything into separate categories so they could develop everything independently and simultaneously. Moreover, they built a flexible product in case we wanted to add more features, like API integrations.

How did Softcery perform from a project management standpoint?

For project management, they always stayed ahead of deadlines. Regarding tools and communication, we used Slack and a shared Notion board to communicate on specific project elements.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were proactive with suggestions, asked the right questions, and understood our objective. Overall, we felt we hired a team consultant rather than just an outside developer.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn’t think there was anything they could improve on — everything went well with them, and we had a great relationship.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Start having a call with them so their team can prove their value by refining your idea and showing you that they can understand our needs better than other providers.

#### Custom Rental Platform Development for Estate Agent
**The Project**
- Services: Custom Software Development
- Project size: $10,000 to $49,999
- Project length: Dec. 2021 - Ongoing

**Project Summary**: Softcery has provided full stack development services to a technology startup, developing a rental software on AWS with MIDAS API integrations. They now support the app, which connects estate agents to tenants.

**Review Rating**: 5.0

Co-Founder, ProperKey Technologies
- Industry: Real estate

- Client size: 1-10 Employees
- Review Type: Phone Interview
- Verified

**The Review** — Sep 9, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: Softcery has good-quality deliverables, and while there are no specific success metrics yet, the client is using the software themselves. Softcery manages projects in Notion; they communicate project progress and feedback via Slack and weekly meetings on Google Meet. They have a hands-on approach.
"“I’ve been very happy with Softcery.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder of ProperKey, a technology startup aiming to deliver services to estate agents and homeowners so they can rent their premises via a seamless transaction.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Softcery?

We identified an issue in the rental transactions in the UK — rental transactions were outdated, and we knew we could develop software with a reputable company that could modernize transactions.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Softcery provides us with full stack development for the software using AWS; they don't provide design services, although they have before. The entire platform has been built from scratch. Their team has integrated several APIs with MIDAS to keep our platform running smoothly.  Softcery’s team uses information from conversations between me and Elijah (Co-Founder & CEO) to inform their work.

We’ve taken our idea and transformed it into a workable product. Our product is a calendar that allows homeowners and estate agents to connect with tenants. The calendar minimizes the risk of communication issues via phone calls and text messages. There are also negotiations and customizable forms functions integrated into the platform.

What is the team composition?

I primarily work with Elijah. However, Yaroslav (Golang Developer), Taras (Backend Developer), and Bogdan (Golang Developer) are involved in the project.

How did you come to work with Softcery?

A good friend of mine referred me to Softcery. We’d looked at companies on Upwork, but Softcery stood out because of Elijah’s involvement in the project, which really resonated with me.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $25,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

This ongoing project with Softcery began in December 2021.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re still in the early stages, but I can now use this software for my real estate business. I’ve been very happy with Softcery. The quality of their work is really good — whenever there are bugs, they are very responsive and fix issues quickly.

How did Softcery perform from a project management standpoint?

Softcery always delivers on time and their communication via Slack is excellent. We have a weekly call on Google Meet with them to provide feedback and check in on the project’s progress. Outside of those calls, we use Notion to track tasks and store documentation.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate that Elijah is heavily involved in our project. It feels like he wants to be a part of our project, which is different from the other companies I’ve spoken to, who have more of a transactional approach.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m satisfied with their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The more you communicate with Softcery, the smoother the project will go.

CEO, LinkUp Studio
- Industry: Other industries

- Client size: 51-200 Employees
- Review Type: Phone Interview
- Verified

**The Review** — Aug 23, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: The client’s customer is happy with Softcery’s work, which has helped the client get another round of investments for the project. Softcery has excellent engineers who provide feedback to the client on how to improve their project. Their team manages projects well and communicates transparently.
"“They act as if they’re a part of our team; Softcery has adapted to our processes.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of LinkUp Studio, a software development company.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Softcery?

We hired Softcery to help us complete a project for a customer because we didn’t have enough internal resources.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Softcery has developed software for us from scratch. Our initial project with them was focused on backend development in Go. Since then, our project has expanded to include further development services for the back- and frontend using TypeScript and React.

We always provide them with documentation, but they always go in and improve it. Based on their input, we alter deadlines and budgets for projects.

What is the team composition?

We worked with engineers from Softcery.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested over $50,000, but our engagement is still going, and we plan to invest more.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership began in April 2021.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m very happy that we’ve gotten a chance to work with Softcery and that we can continue working together. Our big project will launch within the year, but so far, our customers are very happy, and we’ve been able to get another round of investments for this project.

How did Softcery perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re in the same time zone, but because of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine, we’re all working remotely. Their team communicates transparently through Slack and weekly calls; they’re not afraid to let us know when our scope of work could be better laid out. They’ve also communicated team changes to us.

They act as if they’re a part of our team; Softcery has adapted to our processes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Unlike other companies we’ve worked with, Softcery is great at letting us know when we’re wrong. They have gutsy engineers that can see beyond the basics of the assignments we give them. Their team solves problems before they’ve even come up.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We didn’t expect to have to hire developers because we’d already brought on Softcery, but they had a limited capacity when we needed to expand the team very quickly. I think Softcery could set up better recruitment processes so they can provide more resources to us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Customers need to know what they want — Softcery has strong engineers, but they need a lot of details for each project. Their team needs clarity on each piece of the project.

Founder, awayaway
- Industry: Hospitality & leisure

- Client size: 1-10 Employees
- Review Type: Online Review

**The Review** — Aug 2, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: Softcery has successfully delivered a tangible platform that helps the client to move forward with their roadmap. The team has utilized cutting-edge technology to ensure seamless project management and effective communication. Their transparency, focus, and resiliency have stood out in the workflow.
""They've given the quality of work and value in the partnership.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the founder of awayaway, an online travel agency startup. Our goal is to combine the best of human travel planning expertise with the efficiency of machine learning, to create bespoke, personalised travel recommendations for our clients.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Softcery, and what were your goals?

We needed full stack development for our project, covering everything except the design, data science and machine learning parts. The objective was to have a basic version running as quickly as possible that we could use to learn about the needs of our prospective users and test our hypothesis that such a product would have a demand.

Now that has been achieved, our objectives are to add features that turn this from a prototype to a fully functioning first version ready for public release.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Softcery and what were the deciding factors?

We worked with a consultant CTO who interviewed numerous agencies. We were looking for a talented and dynamic team who could integrate seamlessly with our other team members.

I have almost 10 years experience of recruiting developers for different projects and it was clear to me that once we spoke with Softcery, they were the correct partner for us, and our decision has since been justified.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a near complete design ready to go. The front end quickly came to life and was integrated with our recommendation engine, giving us a basis which could be used for user testing.

After feedback during user testing, we were confident that we should continue to build the product and set about completing a working end-to-end first version. This included integrating all ancillary parts, such as backend tools (using Retool) and integrating APIs from our partners (travel inventory and payment processors).

Everything is deployed to AWS.

How many people from the Softcery team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Right now we have two backend engineers and a front end engineer, as well as a tech lead and of course the valuable contributions of the founder, Elijah, who oversees everything. The team has changed in size, depending on the scale of the current challenges and allowing us to keep costs as low as possible without compromising the quality and speed of progress.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a startup product, Softcery took us from zero to having a tangible site so we could progress along our roadmap. Our test was launched promptly and we were able to get enough feedback to decide to continue the project and which features should be prioritised for our next version.

I am generally pretty picky about getting products to a good standard before they are released even in MVP capacity, so Softcery had plenty of work to do, and it was all handled brilliantly.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We use: - Notion for project management including a roadmap - Slack for daily communication - Github for hosting code - Calls are arranged weekly and separated into relevant teams

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To define what is most impressive about Softcery is difficult. There are several things which standout when compared with other freelancers and teams that I have worked with before. A significant difference is their interest in the success of the project as a whole.

Most developers will see that their code works and be satisfied, but Softcery keep a focus on the My conversations with Elijah personally have helped shape the direction of the business. There's also a transparency and honesty to Softcery that is rarely found amongst freelance teams, but so valuable.

Elijah is not afraid to say when they believe that something could be done better or cheaper elsewhere. This final point I cannot overstate how impressive it is. As a founder, you hope for resilience amongst your team; you want a team that will overcome any challenge.

What Softcery have done, despite a war breaking out in their nation during our time working together is remarkable. A handful of days were taken off during the most difficult time of their lives, before recommencing work at full pace, perhaps even more determined than before.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They've given the quality of work and value in the partnership.

**The Review** — Jul 17, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: Softcery's deliverables were well-executed. They designed the website and its interface excellently, earning the client's approval. Communication was seamless through email and Slack, and overall project management went smoothly. Softcery was a team that delivered quick and quality results.
""I was blown away by the quality of their work and their dedication to each project.""

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm an entertainment exec with multiple ongoing projects.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Softcery, and what were your goals?

I asked Elijah and his team to help me create an online tool for musicians that would allow them to browse through Spotify playlists and submit their music to curators easily.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I hired Softcery through Upwork. They had a great portfolio, great communication, and a talented, dedicated, 360° team.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Most of our communication took place over email. First, Elijah asked me questions to better understand the project and thoroughly planned the execution. We did a lot of brainstorming and the Softcery team suggested a lot of great ideas and took time to troubleshoot problems and potential issues beforehand. Then, Elijah suggested a plan and described the different milestones necessary to complete the project. The team started working on it and proposed a first version of the site, then another one with a more modern and cooler UI. They delivered the website and everything went smoothly.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Mostly Elijah, who was the lead developer and project manager on this case. I also received advice from his marketing team. I believe he had graphic designers and UX/UI designers work on the project as well.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The deliverables were very well-executed. The design of the website was perfect and the interface was as well. Everything worked perfectly.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Lots of communication and great project management skills. We used email and Slack to communicate, and Miro to map the app.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They work fast and can do pretty much anything. I was blown away by the quality of their work and their dedication to each project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing I regret (and it's mostly my fault) is that I have 0 control over the tool we created. This doesn't make it easy to sell it and forces me to rely on them for any updates or changes. But again, it's on me -- I should have planned for that before commissioning the project. Elijah and his team have done a wonderful work and are great to work with.

## Portfolio & Awards

### UpSkill AI Q&A: Platform for Compliance Company
Softcery designed and developed UpSkill AI Q&A — an AI-powered platform for AML/CFT compliance professionals in New Zealand and Australia. The client, The Compliance Company (TCC), needed to make their deep regulatory expertise instantly accessible without sacrificing accuracy.
The ChallengeStandard AI tools like ChatGPT are unsuitable for compliance — a wrong answer about anti-money laundering regulations can lead to fines or license revocations. TCC needed a system where every answer is traceable to authoritative sources, hallucination is prevented, and the system declines when it lacks confidence.
What We BuiltA retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) platform purpose-built for regulatory compliance: - Source-controlled answers: users select which knowledge bases to query — training materials, legislation, or internal documents; - Structured responses: answers returned separately per source to preserve distinctions between law, guidance, and policy; - Mandatory citation: every claim links back to the specific source passage; - Answer verification: a validation layer checks each response against source material before delivery; - Multi-tenant architecture with strict data isolation between organizations; - Role-based access control matching real compliance team structures; - Multi-jurisdictional support for NZ and Australian regulatory frameworks; - Document processing pipeline handling PDFs, Word docs, and policy manuals.
How We WorkedWe deeply understood compliance workflows before writing code. The scope was clearly defined and managed end-to-end with full visibility. We also educated TCC on the AI landscape to empower them as credible spokespeople for the technology.
Result UpSkill AI Q&A is live, serving compliance professionals with grounded, cited, and verified answers — a first-of-its-kind product in the AML compliance space.

### Casegen AI: Voice Automation Platform for Law Firm
Law firms lose cases to missed calls. After hours, weekends, and holidays mean voicemail — and potential clients don't leave messages, they call the next firm. Manual intake is inconsistent, expensive, and ties up attorneys doing administrative work. Firms needed 24/7 coverage with attorney-level questioning quality, bilingual support, and full compliance.

What We BuiltAI voice agents that think like attorneys. Conversation flows were designed with a practicing PI attorney — every question reflects how an experienced lawyer evaluates case strength.- Dynamic intake adapted to case type — auto accidents get different questions than medical malpractice;- Bilingual English/Spanish support tested across regional dialects;- In-call document collection via SMS with vision AI analyzing uploads in real-time;- Case scoring based on conversation and documents, learning from attorney feedback;- Intelligent live transfers with full context when criteria are met;- Turn-based voice architecture chosen for compliance audit trails and cost efficiency;- Multi-provider orchestration with automatic fallbacks for production resilience;- Per-firm customization at global, company, and agent levels;- LLM-based quality evaluation measuring every call.

How We WorkedAgent-first development — we started with transcription, validated infrastructure, then added complexity. Real call recordings built our test dataset. Every AI change ran against hundreds of test cases before being deployed. Four phases with defined deliverables and twice-weekly alignment calls.

ResultThe platform handles thousands of calls monthly with 95% case capture rate and 1.2s response latency. Firms report 80-90% cost reduction vs traditional answering services. Zero missed leads, consistent quality, and attorneys reclaim hours for billable work.

### Proximo AI: Career Coaching Agent
Project description
Built an AI coaching agent for Proximo.ai helping students and veterans transition into new careers based on their strengths. The system simulates a human coach through chat and voice while performing structured analysis and maintaining persistent user memory.
Technical implementation
Three-service architecture with deterministic agent encoding proprietary coaching methodology, real-time streaming with voice I/O, relevance filtering keeping conversations on-track, validation enforcing output structure and grounding, and analysis dashboard surfacing actionable career insights.
The Problem
Proximo needed an AI system that convincingly simulates a human career coach while performing deep, structured analysis of user backgrounds. The challenge wasn't just technical - it required encoding a proprietary career coaching methodology into software that could guide students and veterans through self-discovery, while maintaining conversation quality, persistent memory, and strict safety guardrails. The agent needed to feel human without deviating from proven coaching frameworks.
The Solution
We built a deterministic agent that encodes the co-founder's methodology with defined goals and analytical instructions for consistent outcomes. The three-service architecture separates a responsive web interface with chat/voice, secure API with authentication, and an instruction-driven AI agent. Relevance filtering keeps conversations on-topic while validation layers enforce output structure and context grounding.
The Impact
Proximo delivers an end-to-end coaching journey with chat and voice interfaces that capture user information and synthesize insights. The analysis dashboard surfaces findings, strengths, gaps, and career recommendations. Users get personalized coaching with methodology-driven consistency, providing career clarity at scale.

### Bullseye: B2B Visitor Identification Platform
Softcery built Bullseye from scratch with its founder in 2023, a B2B SaaS platform that identifies anonymous website visitors at the person level. A tracking pixel captures session data, an identity graph matches it to real people, and sales teams get named leads with job titles, companies, and contact details instead of anonymous session counts.
The product started as an audience-building tool, then pivoted to real-time visitor identification. When new owners acquired Bullseye in early 2025, they retained Softcery and expanded the scope — the platform needed to scale for agencies and enterprise customers, and to handle significantly higher traffic.

What we rebuilt:  - Replaced AWS Cognito with a managed auth service supporting multi-tenant access, 2FA, and role-based permissions — migrating users without downtime  - Simplified infrastructure, cutting hosting costs by ~40% with better observability  - Built a flexible organization hierarchy so agencies manage all client accounts from one dashboard  - Replaced manual billing (founder topping up credits via Slack) with fully automated self-service subscriptions  - Rebuilt the enrichment pipeline as an async service, recovering 30%+ more valid emails  - Moved pixel delivery to Cloudflare Workers — 90%+ cache hit rates, ~200ms load times (down from ~800ms)

Results: System uptime improved from ~95% to 99.9%. Script load time dropped 4x. The agency channel — previously blocked — launched with full multi-tenant support. The platform now runs with minimal operational overhead, documented for the in-house CTO to manage day-to-day.
Two years, two owners, one engineering team. Retained through acquisition because institutional knowledge from building v1 made the v2 rebuild faster and more informed.

### AI Marketing Consultant
Challenge A digital marketing agency had built deep expertise across 100+ blog articles covering SEO, PPC, email marketing, and conversion optimization. Clients couldn't access it – nobody reads ten 3,000-word articles to find one answer. Every question was routed to human consultants, creating a bottleneck that didn't scale. Solution We built an AI-powered marketing advisor that transforms the agency's knowledge base into a conversational assistant.Clients ask questions in plain language and receive expert responses in 30-60 seconds with citations to source materials. The system processes articles into semantically meaningful sections indexed for similarity search. Each question triggers multi-pass retrieval – the agent refines its understanding iteratively before responding, then synthesizes insights from multiple sources. Every claim links back to the original article, with citations programmatically verified. Technical Highlights Automated ETL pipeline for content ingestion. Semantic chunking that preserves document structure. Sub-second vector search across thousands of content chunks. Extended thinking for genuine synthesis over simple retrieval. Streaming UX for natural reading rhythm. Modular architecture – swapping embedding models or LLMs requires configuration changes, not code rewrites. Results Clients receive expert marketing guidance in 30-60 seconds – synthesized from 100+ indexed articles with citations. Consultants shifted from repetitive Q&A to strategy and high-value relationships. The agency's methodology became accessible through conversation, with architecture ready to expand into new domains.

### AI Content Marketing Platform
The ChallengeSmall e-commerce businesses lack the resources for professional content marketing. Enterprise tools cost thousands monthly and require dedicated teams. Most merchants either burn hours on mediocre content, pay agencies they can't afford, or abandon social media entirely. The core bottleneck isn't distribution – it's creation. Each product needs photography, captions, hashtag research, and optimal timing. A store with 200 SKUs faces impossible content debt.
The SolutionWe built an end-to-end platform that lets merchants connect their e-commerce stores and social media accounts. The system analyzes products, sales data, and, e.g., Instagram performance to automatically generate tailored content plans.
Key capabilities:  - AI image generation from merchant product photos with background removal and contextual styling  - Context-aware caption generation using product data, brand voice, and content plans  - Visual drag-and-drop scheduling calendar with minute-level precision  - Sales correlation analytics linking Instagram metrics to e-commerce revenueThe platform integrates three AI systems in a unified pipeline, with OAuth-authenticated connections to Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Stripe for billing.
Development ApproachWe ran a validation-first process: competitive analysis, user research, and proof-of-concept before full development. A four-phase roadmap covered the content algorithm, customer portal, e-commerce integration, and social media distribution – each phase building on validated infrastructure from the previous one.
ResultsThe platform delivers enterprise content marketing capabilities at SMB economics.Merchants approve AI-generated content and publish with no marketing expertise required. Sales correlation turns content strategy from guesswork into data-driven decisions. The modular architecture supports newer AI models without rebuilding.

### CRM AI Agent: Answers Without Context Explanation
Challenge A CRM platform for sales teams had exposed data to external AI tools via MCP. Users could query meetings, deals, and contacts through ChatGPT or Claude – but switching apps created friction. Power users navigated the interface in seconds. Everyone else waited for reports or interrupted colleagues. Generic AI tools required two minutes of context explanation before a five-second question. Solution We embedded an AI chat interface directly inside the CRM – built on the existing MCP infrastructure, deployed in weeks. The agent knows what users are looking at. Open a meeting, ask "What were their main objections?" – the system already knows which meeting, who attended, and the deal history. No context explanation needed. Context-aware dual prompts switch between detailed mode for general queries and ultra-concise mode when users already see relevant information on screen – 70-80% shorter responses while maintaining accuracy. Pre-loaded context on input focus means 90% of queries have everything needed before the user types a character. LangGraph orchestration handles routing between CRM data, general knowledge, and web search. LLM-optimized API endpoints deliver human-readable data instead of raw technical formats. Parallel pagination scales to thousands of CRM records without hitting context limits. Single codebase powers both in-CRM chat and Slack integration. Results Time to find meeting context dropped from 2-5 minutes to under 30 seconds. Non-technical team members query independently for the first time –natural language replaces CRM expertise. Same intelligence accessible across CRM and Slack, zero duplication in development.

### Financial Advisory AI
AI-Powered Document Generation for Financial Advisory | 92% Reduction in Preparation Time A New Zealand financial advisory firm's advisors spent 4–6 hours manually assembling each Statement of Advice – compiling intake forms, meeting notes, risk assessments, tax calculations, and cashflow projections into 15–20 page documents. At 10 new customers per month, that's a full working week lost to document creation instead of advising. What We Built An AI-powered platform that transforms raw intake data into complete, professionally formatted SOA documents in under 2 minutes. Three stages:Data extraction – structured information from intake forms and advisor notes, validated through type-safe data models before processing. Parallel AI generation – 14 document sections generate simultaneously. Narrative sections (risk assessments, recommendations) use domain-specific prompts. Financial sections (tax calculations, cashflow projections) use deterministic logic with jurisdiction-specific rules. Document assembly – generated content flows into professionally designed templates with conditional rendering. Editable output lets advisors review and refine before delivery. Technical Approach Hybrid architecture separating narrative from numbers. AI handles subjective content; deterministic calculations handle financial modeling. 14 purpose-built prompts enforce exact structure, tone, and domain rules per section. Concurrent processing reduces generation from 15+ minutes to under 2 minutes. Results – 92% reduction in document preparation time (6 hours → 30 minutes) – 14 specialized sections generated per document – 100% consistency across all advisors

### AI Lookalike Company Search
Softcery built a semantic search engine that finds similar companies by meaning across 120,000+ records. The system uses a multi-vector AI architecture with configurable weights and AI reranking to deliver precise lookalike results in real time.
The ChallengeA B2B data platform needed sales teams to find companies similar to a given example. Keyword search failed consistently – "machine learning consulting" missed "AI advisory services." Category filters were too broad. At scale, poor matching wastes prospecting time while good matching surfaces deals keyword search would never find.
What We BuiltA hybrid semantic search engine that understands similarity across multiple dimensions. Each company gets encoded into three separate embedding spaces: services/capabilities, company description/positioning, and geographic presence.
Key components:  - Multi-vector embedding architecture preserving distinct semantic dimensions.  - Weighted parallel search across all vector collections with configurable weights (services 30%, description 70%).  - Two-stage scoring pipeline: vector retrieval followed by AI reranking for precision.  - Smart bucketing for numeric attributes like company size.  - Batch embedding generation with concurrent API calls for efficient large-dataset indexing.
Why Multi-VectorSingle-vector approaches compress all attributes into one representation, losing the ability to weight dimensions differently at search time. Our approach lets users find companies matching on the dimensions that matter most per query.
ResultsThe platform finds semantically similar companies regardless of vocabulary differences. Search operates in sub-linear time – performance stays fast whether searching thousands or millions of records. The reranking layer handles edge cases where vector distance alone falls short, delivering both speed and precision.

### B2B Lead Generation Platform
Softcery designed and built a B2B SaaS platform that gives UK small businesses access to a proprietary database of 5M+ business records — replacing expensive lead lists and agency services with self-service prospecting and multi-channel campaigns.

The problem: Local lead generation was fragmented and overpriced. A plumber searching for construction companies nearby, or a restaurant supplier targeting cafes in their delivery radius, had two options — pay hundreds for outdated lead lists, or thousands for agencies that treated local campaigns as an afterthought.

What we built: The founder had compiled millions of UK business records from Companies House filings and public registers. We turned that raw data into a product.
  - Map-based geographic prospecting — users enter a postcode and radius, see matching businesses on a map in real time;
  - Geospatial database design with sub-second radius queries across millions of records;
  - Unified multi-channel campaigns (email + physical mail) through a single guided workflow;
  - Data protection architecture — preview-only access with full contact data released only on paid campaign execution, making bulk scraping economically impractical;
  - Email deliverability infrastructure with automated DNS verification, SPF/DKIM/DMARC validation;
  - Print fulfillment integration for physical mail campaigns;
  - Guided domain verification flow designed for non-technical users.
The result: Non-marketers run professional multi-channel campaigns without training. What previously required 4-5 separate tool runs now runs through a single session. Tiered subscription pricing undercuts both enterprise platforms and agency services. The founder's proprietary database — not a wrapper around third-party data — defines the competitive moat.

### Ticitz: B2B Travel Platform with AI Mapping
Project description
Built a unified B2B travel platform for Ticitz enabling agencies to create packages from 45+ suppliers. Core challenge: reconciling fragmented inventories where suppliers list identical properties with different names and formats.
Technical implementation
Multi-layered data mapping using geolocation validation, string similarity algorithms, and AI semantic comparison with embedding vectors. Automated hotel name, address, amenity, and room type reconciliation. Streamlined booking workflows with quotation/invoicing tools and performance tracking.
The Problem
Travel agencies juggled multiple suppliers and disconnected platforms for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities. The core issue: data chaos - suppliers listed identical hotels with different names, formats, and addresses, creating duplicates, unreliable pricing, and customer frustration. Without centralized management and automated mapping, agencies couldn't scale or deliver personalized packages. Manual cleanup consumed hours better spent on sales.
The Solution

Travel agencies work from one clean inventory - no duplicates, mismatched addresses, or confusing categories. Automated reconciliation of supplier data (names, locations, amenities, room types) frees agents for client work. Instant price comparison across suppliers ensures competitive deals. Teams reclaim hours from manual work. Automated package structure eliminates errors. Seamless new supplier integration enables inventory expansion without added headcount, driving revenue growth at lower overhead.

### Eye4Fraud Rapid Checkout
Project descriptionBuilt a unified checkout solution for Eye4Fraud from scratch, serving three major e-commerce platforms: Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce. The system reduces cart abandonment through optimized payment processing, fraud prevention, and flexible shipping insurance integration. Technical implementationDeveloped complete checkout engine architecture, integrated multiple shipping insurance providers (Navidium, Route) with cross-platform compatibility, and established scalable infrastructure supporting different platform APIs.
The Problem
Eye4Fraud needed a checkout solution that worked across Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce - three platforms with different architectures and APIs. Building separate solutions meant 3x maintenance costs and slow feature rollout. Merchants wanted multiple shipping insurance providers, but integrating services like Navidium and Route required complex API work across all platforms. The challenge: build once, deploy everywhere, without sacrificing stability.
The Solution
We built Eye4Fraud Rapid Checkout as a unified solution that adapts to each platform's requirements. The architecture handles cross-platform API variations behind a consistent merchant experience, designed for extensibility - new insurance providers can be added without breaking existing functionality or requiring platform-specific rewrites.
The Impact Merchants now have access to multiple shipping insurance options through a stable, reliable checkout system that works identically across all three platforms. Eye4Fraud now can onboard new merchants in hours instead of weeks, add new insurance providers without platform-specific development, maintain one codebase instead of three (reducing operational costs) and scale to new platforms using the same architecture. The unified approach eliminated the “we don’t support that platform yet” conversation. Eye4Fraud can confidently pursue enterprise deals knowing their solution works everywhere merchants sell.
