I'm the director of Macy Shipping Private Limited. We deal with customs clearance, shipping logistics, freight forwarding, and freight booking.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sociobliss?

We wanted to have a lead generation program to create awareness on social media and get new clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve engaged with Sociobliss for lead generation. They run Google and Facebook Ads, generate leads, and share the results with us so our team can follow up with the plan.

They’ve also done some marketing campaigns for us. The conceptualization of the campaigns is a joint effort between our teams.

Additionally, they did our SEO and website design once, but we’re not seeking those services now.

What is the team composition?

Our team interacts with 4–5 people. There is a manager, a social media executive, a designer, and content writers.

How did you come to work with Sociobliss?

We saw their ad on the top of the ranking when we were searching for lead generation campaigns. After that, we had a meeting with them. They were impressive, so we hired them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around 60,000–75,000 Indian rupees (approximately $800–$1,000 USD) every month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them for around three years. We started in November 2018, and the partnership is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our ranking has gone up on Google and other places, so conversion does happen. We get calls from various vendors who want to collaborate or do business with us, and we get even more leads and clients thanks to their marketing strategy.

Overall, we’re happy with their service, so we’re still going on with them. We don’t have any complaints so far. Whenever we request or ask them to do any extra work, they do it for us.

How did Sociobliss perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always on time. Whenever we contact them, they give us timely reports so we know what’s going on.

During the lockdown, we used Zoom for communication. Otherwise, our meetings are in person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always on the go and ready to work whenever and however we say.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve been okay so far, but improvement is always there.

Any advice for potential customers?

Their service is good. The team has been prompt, and they’ve delivered what they promised. Just go ahead and hire them to see your sales increase.

We did an extensive search for the vendors based on the experiences and past projects reports. Sociobliss creative development team & it's track record of delivering the project ON TIME were the key factors which made us associate with them. And the cost also played a very crucial role as Sociobliss commercials are very competitive.

Development team headed by Sneha K designed and articulated the online content with a very fresh and innovative look. Wherein the Online marketing team headed by Satyen B worked hand in hand with our core marketing team to strategically reach out to the targeted audience.
