At Atlas Packaging & Displays, we design and manufacture custom corrugated cardboard packaging and point of purchase displays. I'm the Sales Manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sociallybuzz?

Prior to the pandemic, our main way to generate new business was for our salespeople to go door-to-door and solicit prospects in person. But as the pandemic hit, we had no choice but to change how we acquire new customers.

So we hired Sociallybuzz to develop a social media marketing and advertising plan that would help us to acquire qualified and targeted leads–during and after a pandemic.

We were referred to Sociallybuzz from another long time client of Sociallybuzz that was also getting amazing results.

They developed a dynamic, cross-platform social media and paid media advertising strategy to first increase brand awareness and drive qualified leads in our targeted areas.

They used Facebook ads as well as Google Ads that were optimized to acquire those highly qualified leads – then implemented an automated retargeting advertising funnel that drove significant conversions directly through our website landing page.

I worked directly with an account manager and their executive team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We're closing over 50% of the leads we get from Sociallybuzz. And we’ve generated a lot of new customers, have successfully accomplished a lot of new projects with those customers, and we get quality, bonafide leads that are very targeted to our industry on a very consistent basis, daily and weekly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was great, and it still continue to be. We have consistent communication with their team. We also get a monthly report on the progress month over month.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We couldn’t be happier with the results, and on top of everything else, we love the people we’re working with at Sociallybuzz. They're great people to work with and do a fantastic job. We highly recommend them.

We were looking for a social media agency to help us grow our brands. Sociallybuzz had a reliable reputation which made the decision easier for us.

They've helped build our brands, including Wow American Eats and PJ's Coffee. Not only help us create content but manage our ads and help with store opening planning, especially from the digital landscape perspective for PJ's Coffee.

We work with an account manager, social media manager, advertising manager, and executive.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Using Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, Sociallybuzz helped drive over 100,000 customers to our franchise locations. We wanted to know which type of campaign converts best and would drive more customers to our locations, so the Sociallybuzz team ran an A/B test comparison between the Google Local Campaign and Google Performance Max Campaign. After 30 days, they showed us how we received 3x more location visits and a 16% conversion rate on that campaign. Because of those results, we could increase our ad spend and invest more into that campaign, resulting in more location visits.

We met with their team weekly, and they are always quick to respond. They’re always listening to our goals and help us create tactics to ensure that corporate is successful and our franchisees as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A one-stop shop for all your social media needs, they provide a wide range of services tailored to our brand.
