From our humble beginnings in a small shop in Hoppers Crossing in Melbourne to now being stocked in major retailers across two countries, it has been an incredible journey. Social Noon demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement, consistently delivering campaigns, creative assets, promotional materials, and marketing initiatives within agreed timelines. The team maintained clear communication, proactively provided updates, and ensured that urgent requests and business-critical requirements were addressed promptly.
What stood out most was their willingness to go above and beyond the agreed scope whenever required. They consistently adapted to changing business needs and worked as an extension of our internal team rather than an external vendor.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What impressed us most about Social Noon was the level of ownership, accountability, and responsiveness demonstrated throughout the engagement. Working directly with Aarav was a key differentiator. Rather than functioning as a traditional agency account manager, he took a hands-on approach to understanding our business goals, store operations, customer behavior, and growth objectives, ensuring that marketing efforts remained aligned with tangible business outcomes.
The team's turnaround time was consistently exceptional. Whether it involved urgent creative requirements, campaign modifications, store launch support, promotional materials, or last-minute requests, they were able to respond quickly and deliver without compromising quality. This level of responsiveness was particularly valuable in the fast-paced retail environment where business needs often changed with little notice.
Their crisis management capabilities also stood out. Whenever challenges arose, whether related to campaigns, promotions, customer communication, or operational requirements, the team remained calm, solution-oriented, and proactive. Rather than focusing on the problem, they focused on identifying and implementing practical solutions while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
Most importantly, Social Noon consistently demonstrated accountability. They took ownership of results, were transparent in their reporting, openly discussed what was working and what needed improvement, and continuously refined their approach to maximize performance. This combination of strategic thinking, reliability, speed of execution, and genuine commitment to our success made them feel like an extension of our internal team rather than an external agency.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Social Noon could have done differently?
There are very few areas where we felt improvement was needed. If anything, we wish Social Noon had a physical office in Melbourne or a stronger local presence in Australia. Given the volume of work they handled and the close working relationship we developed, having the ability to meet in person more frequently would have been an added advantage.
That said, despite operating remotely, their communication, responsiveness, project management, and delivery standards never felt compromised. They remained highly accessible, proactive, and engaged throughout the engagement, making distance largely irrelevant to the quality of service provided.
