I'm the Co-Founder of Mobile Nerve, which is a news & media website specifically targeting to Mobile Phone sector.

For what projects/services did your company hire Social Hippos, and what were your goals?

We hired Social Hippos for Social Media design and management.

SOLUTION

How did you select Social Hippos and what were the deciding factors?

We found Social Hippos really interesting in term of design and digital strategy from maintaining engagements and proposing new ideas to enhance the overall page experience and audience pool.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

At the start, we share the complete scope and goals for our Social Media Pages including target audience and the nature of the audience. On the basis of that Social Hippos shared the research document which they had done on similar industry with the proposal of themes/templates for our selection and suggestion which includes weekly posting and engaging content strategy. We collaborate through Slack, all the sharing and coordination did there which is quite good. In the meantime, they keep proposing us the new ways of engagement and posting ideas which we normally finalized on the last week day to implement the same in the following week.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, shifting from static to video content on different topics, which was really good in terms of engagements and reaches.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We do close out every week on the last working day, which helps us a lot to understand and make them understand what we want to achieve with the overall campaign.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are seriously combo of your every digital need, not only social media management they have a really good strong research about the industries. it feels like you don't need a strategist to plan things for your separately. They provide exceptional services, great concepts and coordination, and strong project management.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would suggest, they cover other Digital marketing areas as well. They are expert in Social Media but I believe they can do magical things in other digital marketing medium as well.

We launched a new website about 3 years ago and needed to do some upgrades and refresh to the look.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had been working with Social Hippos on site admin and they proposed a solution to resolve some bug and refresh the site.

After briefed on what was required and the work involved we all agreed it was the best solution for the issues we were facing.

We work with 3 or 4 of the team from Social Hippos on different aspects of the job.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The end result will be an overall improvement to the functionality and design for the site, its yet t be completed but in final stages of review.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team have been very efficient at getting the requested work in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their repressiveness and communication are excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Could have had more thorough analysis of previous functionality, but have overcome this through communication.
