I’m the senior brand manager of Boka Oral Care, a retail company. We offer a complete oral care line made with clean ingredients and modern science. Our goal is to improve overall health by focusing on the oral-systemic connection.

What challenge were you trying to address with Social Commerce Club?

We needed help growing our affiliate program on TikTok Shop, improving our offering, and building a community of high-performing creators.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Social Commerce Club offers a 360-degree management solution for our TikTok Shop, driving growth through three core pillars: Operations, Content, and Community. On the operational side, they handle everything from PDP optimization and violation resolution to media buying and technical reporting. Their creative arm develops data-driven video strategies and optimized briefs for priority PIDs, ensuring our brand stays ahead of platform trends. Perhaps most importantly, they manage our entire creator ecosystem. By recruiting high-value talent into a dedicated WhatsApp community and providing hands-on coaching and training, they ensure a steady stream of high-converting UGC. From managing TikTok representative relations to executing Spark Ads, Social Commerce Club acts as a seamless extension of our internal team.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with Social Commerce Club, our number of affiliates in our community has increased by 200%, and our GMV has grown by 30%. These results have been achieved in two months.

What challenge were you trying to address with Social Commerce Club?

We needed help unlocking greater distribution, growing topline sales, and raising brand awareness.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Social Commerce Club handles all the prelaunch tactical work and collaborates with our teams on the strategy to launch. The team also manages all the day-to-day tactical work to keep our shop up and running and drive growth, particularly with creator management. TikTok Shop is so new to us at Toy John, and Social Commerce Club is really the expert in the space, helping us determine what TikTok Shop means for our brand. In terms of deliverables, Social Commerce Club has helped us create content, manage creators, and handle shop setup and maintenance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

To date, we’ve earned 2.7 million impressions via TikTok Shop activity and are starting to generate $2,000–$3,000 in daily GMV. We’re still ramping up performance, and it has been slower than expected due to some unforeseen operational issues internally, but we’re optimistic that it will continue to grow to become a meaningful part of the business. Moreover, we’ve created over 1,000 pieces of content through Social Commerce Club’s creator network that we hope to leverage via our paid channels.

How did Social Commerce Club perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and are very pleasant to work with. We communicate via virtual meetings, Slack, and Lark.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Social Commerce Club is available around the clock and is very dedicated to the success of their partners.
