We needed help unlocking greater distribution, growing topline sales, and raising brand awareness.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Social Commerce Club handles all the prelaunch tactical work and collaborates with our teams on the strategy to launch. The team also manages all the day-to-day tactical work to keep our shop up and running and drive growth, particularly with creator management. TikTok Shop is so new to us at Toy John, and Social Commerce Club is really the expert in the space, helping us determine what TikTok Shop means for our brand. In terms of deliverables, Social Commerce Club has helped us create content, manage creators, and handle shop setup and maintenance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
To date, we’ve earned 2.7 million impressions via TikTok Shop activity and are starting to generate $2,000–$3,000 in daily GMV. We’re still ramping up performance, and it has been slower than expected due to some unforeseen operational issues internally, but we’re optimistic that it will continue to grow to become a meaningful part of the business. Moreover, we’ve created over 1,000 pieces of content through Social Commerce Club’s creator network that we hope to leverage via our paid channels.

They deliver on time and are very pleasant to work with. We communicate via virtual meetings, Slack, and Lark.
