SOAR began the process with a discovery phase where they got to understand all of the details of our business, our aesthetic, what areas we specialise in, what we want to communicate and what we want to improve on. Their services included: media relations, press release writing, pitching features for our pieces, photoshoots, content creation, advertorial negotiation/ad placement, and supporting with events we were hosting.

I worked directly with the project manager and design team.

Since working with them, we have received dozens of new leads that have found us as a result of coverage and promotional efforts on and offline. The sales for our shop have increased by double digits! Their PR and content creations services have been extremely effective and exceeded our expectations.

We have weekly touchbases via phone/Zoom call or in-person to go over the progress, any updates they have or information they require from us. We are also in touch regularly via email and WhatsApp; the team is accessible and responsive. We are always aware of potential coverage releasing. They are also extremely diligent when it comes to deadlines, they always ensure to meet them or deliver them before, which is something we as an internal team appreciate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They truly CARE about our success. We don't feel like another brand in the portfolio. They go the extra mile to help us reach our goals and they make sure everything they do is creatively communicated to our target audience in a way that they would love to receive it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'd want to use Monday.com to communicate, more so than email, as it is what my internal team prefers.
