I was very nervous starting with Smartsites because I've had very bad experiences with these types of companies in the past. I can honestly say I've been pleasantly surprised and very happy with SmartSites' work. Their communication, ability to stay on task, attention to detail, and being a part of our team have been wonderful to experience.

Seung-Woo has our best interests at heart and has made himself very available to answer any questions we have. I feel like we are in good hands with him, and I really appreciate all he's done for us. I recommend working with both Smartsites and Seung-Woo.

Like any project, it takes time to define the issue and work toward a solution. SmartSites explained this to us and made us a part of the creative process. We were encouraged to keep a continuous feedback loop so we could refine the campaigns. We got better quality leads over time.

Very effective! Meet weekly or monthly depending on changing needs. Zach was very accommodating with his schedule and provided ad hoc meetings as needed.
