We started off slow but things progressed as we moved along, but because of lack of demand it started to slow down.

The work flow went great between us, they have great communication and fallow up.

The way they collect and research the data that the business gathers up are impressive.

Things can always be improved but for what we needed done they did very well.

We hired SmartSites to improve our standing with google Ads and create more sales. Our goal was to move on from the mess the previous company had made and tanked our sales.

We did a lot of research and online and SmartSites seemed to be a great fit after the initial consultation. Everyone there is extremely personable and stays in constant communication.

After the consultation the team immediately went to work. They fixed several of our old campaigns and took a more modern approach to things. Rich use a strategy that would learn based off of information the campaigns received from google and it has made a huge difference. Overall the strategy seems to be far superior than those used by other companies.

Two, both named Rich, one being from the sales/customer connection side and Rich who runs our campaigns and manages the day-to-day. Both are incredible and do a fantastic job.

Not only have we gotten back on track with sales thanks to SmartSites, we have actually seen an increase in sales in products we typically did not sell before, which is a testament to their knowledge and expertise.

We meet as often as needed. Rich is always incredibly responsive to emails and is open to suggestion as well as giving advice. It is all around a great relationship.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication is what makes it fantastic. I really feel like any concern or issue we have is addressed immediately and rectified in an extremely timely manner.

Everything has been smooth sailing with SmartSites. The only issues we have had are product approvals but those are a google issue and out of Smart Sites control.

I chose SmartSites after reviewing many other vendors. Deciding factor was a combination of confidence, attention to detail, reviews from other clients and price.

Create a new wireframe, central image, and copy to serve as a redesign of this landing page that incorporates best practices and Good UX for B2B promotions. The ideal design would take advantage of the above the fold section of the page with an interactive image that tells visitors what the product is.

What was the team composition?

I dealt mostly with the Project Manager, but believe there were more than 3-4 front-end designers on the team. The project manager was willing to collaborate with multiple stakeholders including our internal UX team and other marketing colleagues.

Gabrielle was in constant communication with us and helped manage expectations and feedback. We used XD to collaborate and phonecalls to centrally gather feedback and address concerns quickly.
