We were looking to grow in the United States and expand advertising in other countries as well. Additionally, our previous ads manager was unresponsive and passive in their services. We were looking for a company that would be invested in the projects we had going on.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed 5 companies for ongoing ad services. SmartSites hit all the right marks when it came to technical knowledge, communication, ads reporting/data analytics, and value for cost.

Our account manager Joel Eisenschmidt was incredibly helpful and responsive. We use SmartSites for both Google and Microsoft Ads. We saw happy changes in our Google Ads almost immediately, and the CPC on our Microsoft Ads was unreal!

We worked closely with Joel Eisenschmidt, but also had several other team members who were involved in the initial onboarding process.

We saw positive growth in both our Google and Microsoft Ads.

We met bi-weekly with our account manager, but Joel was incredibly responsive to jump onto meetings if there was something time sensitive to take care of.

Their technical knowledge and implementation of SmartSites is very impressive.

I do not have any real critiques of the company. We were very happy with their services.

I hired SmartSites to help me create, design, test and run ads on various social media platforms, as well as optimize the website by improving SEO.

We started with a Google search and continued from there cross-comparing reviews and user experiences with different agencies. SmartSites stood out from the rest in the incredible reviews, cost friendliness and responsiveness in the beginning phases.

In the beginning, SmartSites helped us to create and understand goals for our company with SEO and ads. From there, they began designing incredible high-quality visuals, designs and ads that are now starting to run on various platforms. They have also been doing extensive market research, competitor analysis and have identified optimal keywords to begin targeting with SEO.

I worked mainly with 3 different members of the team who worked on PPC and SEO.

Yes, we have identified extremely high quality keywords, relevant competitors in our niche, they have created high quality visuals and ads and are beginning to launch the ad campaign.

They've been incredibly responsive, easily reachable and have answered all questions along the way. Everything delivered has been high quality and timely.

What I find most unique is the perfect balance SmartSites strikes between handling the details, and allowing us to be part of the process as well. They are extremely transparent and communicative along the way.

I can't think of any suggestions for improvement. It's all been perfect!

We started off slow but things progressed as we moved along, but because of lack of demand it started to slow down.

The work flow went great between us, they have great communication and fallow up.

The way they collect and research the data that the business gathers up are impressive.

Things can always be improved but for what we needed done they did very well.

We hired SmartSites to improve our standing with google Ads and create more sales. Our goal was to move on from the mess the previous company had made and tanked our sales.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did a lot of research and online and SmartSites seemed to be a great fit after the initial consultation. Everyone there is extremely personable and stays in constant communication.

After the consultation the team immediately went to work. They fixed several of our old campaigns and took a more modern approach to things. Rich use a strategy that would learn based off of information the campaigns received from google and it has made a huge difference. Overall the strategy seems to be far superior than those used by other companies.

Two, both named Rich, one being from the sales/customer connection side and Rich who runs our campaigns and manages the day-to-day. Both are incredible and do a fantastic job.

Not only have we gotten back on track with sales thanks to SmartSites, we have actually seen an increase in sales in products we typically did not sell before, which is a testament to their knowledge and expertise.

We meet as often as needed. Rich is always incredibly responsive to emails and is open to suggestion as well as giving advice. It is all around a great relationship.

The communication is what makes it fantastic. I really feel like any concern or issue we have is addressed immediately and rectified in an extremely timely manner.

Everything has been smooth sailing with SmartSites. The only issues we have had are product approvals but those are a google issue and out of Smart Sites control.
