We needed help building our website and running SEO and PPC campaigns.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a good ROI where advertising costs are less than client acquisition costs.

I don’t know. SmartSites was selected prior to me joining the company.

SmartSites started with a thorough plan for our new website. They did research on all of our top competitors including some that I was unaware of. Their website plan included hundreds of pages. They also created strategies for SEO and PPC, trying a number of things to ultimately help us find what was most profitable.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with the project manager who then worked with many other people at SmartSites.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new site was better than any of our competitors. We acquired over 50 customers per month thanks to their digital marketing efforts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

SmartSites was very effective. I had no complaints.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The speed and thoroughness of their work most impressive. SmartSites made it seem like we were their only client.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I can’t think of any areas of improvement.

We hired SmartSites to revamp our website as well as provide some marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to have a functional and presentable website that was both mobile optimized and fast.

How did you select this vendor?

A friend of mine referred me to SmartSites. We reviewed several other vendors but nobody else even came close.

Once we signed with SmartSites, we had a kick off call to discuss our goals/objectives/vision. After that, their team went into action and over the course of just a little bit over 3 months, we had a brand new website.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager, but following along in their portal, I saw they had a design team, "front end" team and a "back end" team work on our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was a huge success and drives us a lot more sales than what we had before.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow, managed in their portal, seemed very processed out and polished off. All the teams worked in unison without too much interaction from us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The level of attention and dedication from everyone on the team was impressive. Also, any time we had an issue or question, we'd get a response almost right away - very rare in this industry.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I'd love to find something to nitpick, but they were really phenomenal.

I am the owner and medical director of Podiatry Center of New Jersey. We are a premier podiatry center with several offices throughout the state.

My goal was to sustain and grow my podiatry practice.

The scope started with Google PPC, then expanded to other PPC platforms. More recently, we moved our entire website to SmartSites’ platform. They’ve redesigned it and added several pages for SEO.

Thanks to SmartSites’ work, we now have three locations. Initially, I was the only doctor in practice, but we’ve hired three more podiatrists as the business expanded.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been effective. My project manager listens to my needs and executes everything flawlessly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The results are amazing. We now have three locations and four doctors.

No, nothing that I can think of.

Hoping to get at least 2 new people looking for cosmetic dentistry per month. Have been receiving dozens of calls and inquiries per month.

From work they did for another practice I was associated with - Real Smile Dental.

I reached out to SmartSites as I was starting my new practice in New York City. I knew of their work from Real Smile Dental already. NYC was a more competitive market, so they put together the numbers and estimates. Execution went as planned and results speak for themselves.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with my project manager - who worked with his own copywriters, designers, developers, PPC analyst, etc. but I always spoke directly to my point-of-contact.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Last month, I received 69 phone calls and 7 form inquiries. Much higher than my initial goals!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. My project manager always responded instantly. Most requests were handled by the following day.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Responsiveness, affordability, results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The team told me that they are not experts in organic social media. So instead of managing it for me, they played a consulting role with the social media company I engaged with directly.

I’m a marketing consultant in the visual art industry. I was hired by ICEFAT to do a rebrand and find a vendor to build their website.

We needed to design and build a new website.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main objective was to raise awareness for ICEFAT and establish their members as the gold standard in international art shopping.

How did you select this vendor?

I worked with SmartSites in 2017 for building a website, and we had a good experience.

SmartSites presented concepts for the new site at the ICEFAT annual convention last year. ICEFAT approved the concept and I worked with for them over nine months to rebrand, develop copy, collect image assets, and set goals for the project. Anita Kostadinov (Project Management Director, SmartSites) took all of our information and worked with her team to maximize our goals and clarify our mission throughout the site.

I only worked with Anita.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’re still in the final stages of the project and hope to launch the site next month with ICEFAT's approval.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Anita has been great. She was very patient during ICEFAT's approval process and has remained responsive throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

SmartSites really brings value in terms of user experience.
