We needed to develop an excellent design for our landing page and website and implement payment options for pay now and pay over time. Additionally, we need expertise for social media marketing (PPC), SEO and other enhancements

Excellent start to the project. Not enough time to gauge results but anticipated great results from work so far.

The onboarding started with an account audit. They reviewed my account and sent over a list of recommendations. After the audit, I signed the contract and we had a project kickoff. From there Dylan was able to get the necessary information to deliver significant improvements within my campaigns.

I worked directly with Dylan as my PPC analyst. Him and I worked together on creating ads, adding in new keywords and removing low quality traffic.

Overall, my expectations were exceeded working with SmartSites. I am at full capacity with workload and considering hiring someone to help scale my business.

First we started with a project kickoff where they asked all of the important questions before taking over my account. Then it took about a week for them to build out a landing page and restructure my ad account. From there, it was about a month or two of experimenting with different strategies and by month 3, I saw major improvements!

We were averaging around 1-2 leads a day. We are now at 6-7 leads a day. I'm able to hire more technicians and grow the business eventually to the next state.

They also created strategies for SEO and PPC, trying a number of things to ultimately help us find what was most profitable.

The website was a huge success and drives us a lot more sales than what we had before.

The workflow, managed in their portal, seemed very processed out and polished off. All the teams worked in unison without too much interaction from us.

The level of attention and dedication from everyone on the team was impressive. Also, any time we had an issue or question, we'd get a response almost right away - very rare in this industry.

I'd love to find something to nitpick, but they were really phenomenal.

I worked directly with my project manager - who worked with his own copywriters, designers, developers, PPC analyst, etc. but I always spoke directly to my point-of-contact.

Last month, I received 69 phone calls and 7 form inquiries. Much higher than my initial goals!

Very effective. My project manager always responded instantly. Most requests were handled by the following day.

The team told me that they are not experts in organic social media. So instead of managing it for me, they played a consulting role with the social media company I engaged with directly.
