Smarter.Ai is helping us create custom emails for our customers using sales data to target them with products they are most likely to buy. The custom emails show our fans we care just about them, and with the AI handling the emails, we are able to send off thousands of personalized emails to each customer based on their shopping habits. It is a game changer

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen amazing open rates (40% or higher) as well as great conversions. Also the Average Order Value has been 30-40% higher than our normal orders.

They have been great about delivering things on time, and the communication has been amazing. We meet weekly and they always have updates and numbers/data to discuss. We have had zero issues with them so far and plan to continue this project after the completion date with them.

We wanted to better understand the elasticity of demand across our product categories and / or models. Deliverables included creating a custom analytics dashboard to support the project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far we have a better understanding of the impact on sales from price changes across our core product categories. This has been particularly important during a time where economic uncertainty is high. As for next steps, we are half way through the project and will be implementing one more price change before we reach a final conclusion of how we should be pricing our products
