We had a very specific vision of what our website should do and how it should function, and our previous agency had fallen short in delivering exactly what we needed. As a company that helps other companies improve customer experience, it was critical that our customer experience set an example.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We get so many compliments on sales calls that our website was a unique and remarkable experience. It loads quickly and the information architecture makes it easy for customers to find the information they need. We have a functional, best in class example of what a website should be for an agency like ours.

Ross & his team were great to work with as always. We have collaborated many times in many different ways over several years and he always gives full attention to the problem at hand. The support team keep things moving but they find a way to make you feel like you are the only client at the time, and that even your bad ideas/suggestions have weight.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a background in design sprints, so there was a fast-paced, highly productive structure to the project. I love the way they have incorporated so many different ways of working into a seamless experience and I felt they were great people to have around as well. It's important to enjoy collaborations like this and I felt the team were great to work with.
