Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the marketing manager of Gamban, a software company. We provide cross-platform self-exclusion software that blocks access to gambling sites and apps.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Skydea, Inc.?

We needed help designing a microsite for the Japanese market to explain and promote Gamban.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Skydea, Inc. designed four unique pages for our microsite. We gave them complete design freedom and asked them to lead the process, considering we had no idea what was required for Japanese UI/UX design. The team delivered four fully designed pages and assets.
What is the team composition?

We were in contact with two teammates from Skydea, Inc., but I’m sure more teammates worked on the project.

How did you come to work with Skydea, Inc.?

We found them through an online search. We chose them because they were native Japanese speakers, which was perfect considering our project was to localise our website for a Japanese audience. Additionally, they had worked with many English-speaking clients doing exactly that. Overall, their portfolio was impressive.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from May 2025–August 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We just launched the Japanese microsite, so we don’t have any measurable outcomes yet. However, we plan to evaluate the success of the microsite in the future based on the Japanese traffic and general Japanese reception.

How did Skydea, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Skydea, Inc. was very timely, had great personalities, was very friendly and personable, happy to help, and produced great work. We communicated via email and Zoom calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was Skydea’s combination of work ethic and personality. They worked with genuine care, were always approachable, and consistently delivered high-quality output.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing they could have done better or differently.
