I am the Founder and CEO of MoreThanDigital, a global leading platform and initiative.

For what projects/services did your company hire SIX MS, and what were your goals?

We needed reliable ERP Software that can be easily adapted to work with the backend of our new platform but also can scale globally in order to cope with our international growth, different currencies, and different locations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The ERP was referred to us because of its unlimited expandability, transparent pricing, and leading features. It was also important to us that CRM was integrated as we also needed to migrate our old CRM solution into the new one. A key aspect was the web-based design as it allowed us to easily integrate it with the backend of the new platform.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We have initial discussions on the specifications to define our backend, the endpoints needed, the requirements for CRM, and also the automatic invoicing and banking features for the different countries and currencies, as we can not connect credit card payments, due to the height of the sums.

Then afterward we had a demo to showcase how it could work and also a personalized demo with the Founder Dr. Andreas.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The founder took personal care of our project together with 2 of his colleagues from business development and project management. But most interactions were direct with Dr. Maier and he was really fast and responsive when it came to special requirements and adoptions of the system.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are really happy with the SIX ERP solution as a whole. The system is really fast, and fascinating also how many new features are being added. A special bonus was also the team from SIX which was really nice and helpful as we really had a special case and as Start-Up you really love working together with people who try to understand your vision and can make it reality.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Compared to other systems we compared, they were really nice and down to earth. A lot of systems felt like they didn't care about start-ups and they just wanted an "easy sell" on us. The SIX team and especially the Founder were really putting a lot of effort into the integreation of the ERP into the backend and vice-versa. Really great working with them and even now they are super helpful. Most of the time, we were having virtual meetings, email and calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The transparent pricing and the unlimited usage possibilities. Except from some open source system we have not seen anyone being so transparent with pricing. Loved their approach where they say that the software just costs what it costs, when we grow it stays the same and only when more ressources are needed, then we need to scale the hosting - really interesting and very different model which we loved.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The whole project went really well and it was great working with them. The only delays were actually caused on our side, so I have nothing to complain about from SIXs side, rather thank them for being so supportive during the whole time.

We were looking for a better ERP Solution which was cost effective and enabled us to directly plan and invoice all our projects in one solution.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The ERP is in use by over 40 colleagues, and we implemented more than 10 new features and integrations to manage our day-to-day work.

Yes, the system setup was done in a day, which really surprised me. As the project is ongoing, we are still connecting other dots.

The Pricing and the speed, compared to my experience with other providers from the past.

The system has really a million functionalities we do not need. It'd be good to hide some of them away. But they seem to already start doing this, based on recent updates.
