The work si14global did for us included creating and executing a digital content strategy to increase awareness for our brand and products; writing and editing blogs; actively monitoring and creating slides to capture our position in news media, trade publications, social, and other outlets; hands-on event participation and project management; and general guidance on things to consider in creating effective marketing and PR strategies.

si14global's team is terrific.  They are very focused, excellent project managers who we relied on to track multiple workstreams and deliver on time (they usually delivered ahead of time).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

si14 is incredibly responsive, flexible, and creative, as well as being oriented around delivering great services.  We especially appreciated that they were willing to work within our constraints, and also to try new things that we asked for help with.  Si14 Global Communications was a pleasure to work with, and we recommend them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Si14 Global Communications could have done differently?

There were some resource changes that would have been good to know about a little further in advance - switching folks out was due to life circumstances and understandable, but it tended to be fairly late-breaking news so did cause some disruption to continuity.  For what it's worth, this has been the same experience we've had with every other vendor we've worked with - everyone waits until late in the game to share that their resources are changing.
