I’m the CEO and founder of Sieff Studios, a veteran-owned video strategy and production firm. We help businesses create ROI-driven video systems for lead education, conversion, and thought leadership. We specialize in impactful media experiences to build trust and empower professional growth.

ShortVids has helped us close close to $50,000 in business and save between 200–500 hours of editing time.

How did ShortVids perform from a project management standpoint?

ShortVids’ project management is very good, and their delivery time is predictable within a reasonable margin of error. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with ShortVids’ turnaround speed for creative edits and their ability to do one-off projects like logo animation and graphic design. Moreover, they’re responsive, fairly priced, work quickly, and constantly improve quality. Best of all, they’re proactive in keeping us consistent with our content production and ensuring we get maximum value.

Are there any areas they could improve?

ShortVids’ higher attention to detail in captioning could reduce revision time. I’m also quite picky with creative design, choices, and audio, so that accounts for some additional revision time.

Can you describe the scope of work ShortVids handled for this project?

ShortVids handled the ongoing video editing and post-production for our social media content. We provided the raw footage, and their team turned it into polished, short-form videos ready for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Deliverables included editing multiple videos each week, adding captions, graphics, hooks, transitions, and other creative elements, while also incorporating our feedback and revisions through the approval process. They helped us maintain a consistent, high-volume content schedule and get more use out of our existing content bank.ShortVids primarily edited educational and organic social media content focused on sales training for the HVAC and home services industry. The videos included training clips, sales tips, objection-handling strategies, motivational content, podcast-style clips, and promotional content for our events and programs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw significant growth in both reach and engagement across our social platforms. Our content became much more consistent and higher volume, which helped us increase overall visibility, generate millions of views, grow our audience, and create more engagement around the Lead Ninja brand. Our Instagram audience grew from roughly 20,000 to over 55,000 followers, and our content generated millions of organic views across platforms. The increased volume and consistency of edited short-form content played an important role in helping us expand our reach, engagement, and overall brand awareness.Moreover, having ShortVids handle the editing allowed our internal team to focus more on content strategy, testing new ideas, and improving what we were putting out rather than spending time on post-production.

How did ShortVids perform from a project management standpoint?

ShortVids was very organized and reliable from a project management standpoint. They kept up with a high volume of content and consistently delivered videos on schedule. Communication was easy, revisions were handled quickly, and they were flexible when we needed to adjust priorities or turn around certain pieces of content faster. Overall, they made managing a large volume of video content much easier for our team.Our primary forms of communication were in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Their ability to handle a high volume of content while still being responsive and adaptable was the most impressive. We moved quickly and were constantly testing new hooks, formats, and ideas, so having a team that could keep up, take feedback, and make adjustments without slowing down our content output was extremely valuable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we had a really positive experience. If anything, continuing to bring more proactive creative ideas, new editing styles, hooks, and recommendations based on what’s currently performing would make the partnership even stronger. We produced a high volume of content, so having that additional creative input alongside the editing helped us keep the content fresh and continue experimenting.
