Shape & Scale were brought on to support our partner with their PR & Comms strategy, including a big emphasis on thought leadership content across earned media and social media channels. 

In particular, we were looking for someone who could: 

• Own the PR & Comms strategy as part of a larger marketing strategy
• Execute on earned media tactics like pitch-and-place and media outreach
• Perform content writing as needed with blog posts, social media, and press releases

The deliverables of our project were oriented around getting multiple placements in relative industry publications.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We measured the number of press placements that the company received. We also tracked the volume and velocity of thought leadership content that we published on owned channels and social media.

Always delivered on time and at quality! The team was very communicative about deadlines and about setting expectations for notoriously hard-to-pin-down outcomes like working with journalists and editorial calendars.

Shape and Scale helped us compile data to upload to our new HubSpot CRM, they helped us define and select appropriate nomenclature and structure for the CRM, clean up duplicates and bad data, set up automation, and train our team on how to use the CRM going forward.

Not only did Shape and Scale help us set up Hubspot CRM with useful automations, they integrated it with all our other tools. The results have been phenomenal. Our sales and marketing teams are aligned, we've gained deeper insights into our data, and we've been able to scale our operations efficiently. Thier expertise in both Hubspot and Rev Ops was deeply refreshing and useful.
