I am the CEO for a company that offer IT-services and product development for our customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire SFox, and what were your goals?

SFox helped us to staff a development team that developed a ecommerce solution. SFox staffed the team with a team leader, a architect, a UX/Designer and a developer.

How did you select SFox and what were the deciding factors?

We received a recommendation that SFog has really good developers and the decisive factor was the commitment from our contact at SFox who really did everything to understand our needs and staff with the right skills.

The assignement was to build a e-commerce site for multiple customers. We used a agile methodology to take the requirements to the live site. The site is built on SmartStore.

How many people from the SFox team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was 3 people from SFox working in the development team and one person acting as our contact person at SFox. The roles in the development team was: - Architecht/Team lead - UX/designer - Software developer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

SFox deliverd with high quality and speed. We worked with a prioritized backlog an the Team overperformed every sprint.

We had really good communication with the customer and the team. All requirements were handled in a prioritized backlog and both the customer and the team worked very tight with the backlog. We had weekly meetings and daily communication through chat and video meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

SFox was transparent and helpful with all our questions and requirements. SFox found the right skills for our needs in a short period of time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The overall grade for SFox is excellent. The only thing I will ask for the next time I work with them is to ask for similar time reports for all the team members. During this assignement I got reports in different type of documents for different team members.

we had problems with the average ratings of employers not changing when employees submitted new reviews, then we needed help with an integration where all customers at Teamtailor could advertise their vacancies on careereye.se

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

we went out in our social media channels saying that we were looking for talented developers who could help us. I was contacted by an employee at SFox who wanted to have a meeting and tell us how they could help us.

we started with a first meeting with Victro to make sure they could help us. step two was a meeting with a project manager and developer where we went through what needed to be done. after that I got an estimate of time and cost.

The whole project went well and smoothly. continuous contact with the developer and project manager. They managed to solve all the tasks in the estimated time. some small bugs came up but the developer was quick to fix them. overall very impressed with SFox

that they could understand so quickly how our company worked and what needed to be done. That they could so quickly know how our website what coded and built. and deliver a great result
