• The Nissan Personalization Studio is a dual-platform digital ecosystem designed to modernize the dealership showroom and lot experience. It consists of two seamlessly connected solutions:
• Showroom Interactive Kiosk: A high-impact, large-format digital kiosk providing customers with an immersive, self-guided vehicle discovery and personalization experience.
• Sales Companion Tablet App: A mobile tool for sales consultants to untether from their desks, bringing the interactive experience directly to the vehicle lot to streamline the consultative sales process.
• The ultimate objective is to drive customer engagement, simplify complex vehicle configurations, and accelerate the transition from vehicle discovery to test drive and closing.
• 2. Scope of Work (SOW)
• Phase 1: Strategy, UX/UI & System Architecture
• User Experience (UX) Design: Map unique user journeys for both the self-guided kiosk user and the salesperson-led tablet experience.

Scope:

1. Program a Real-time facility navigator with intergrated products executed with a navigation touch screen and a large facility display screen for an immersive product navgation experience.
2. Program a Touch and RFID enabled product storys providing deep navigation into interrelated product lines.

Deliverables:

1. Graphic designs
2. Figma wirframes and UI/UX designs / layouts
3. Final application executables and multi-screen app connectivity

Are there any areas for improvement or something SEVENTYSEVEN could have done differently?

Considering how invaluable interaction metrics are for digital experiences I would suggest Seventyseven always provide cost for a metrics dashboard and recommend it strongly. The clients rarely relized metrics importance until late in production or worse, after the event is over.
