I'm the senior director of marketing operations at Alacriti, a leading payments-focused fintech helping financial institutions and businesses modernize and scale payments infrastructure.

What challenge were you trying to address with Seven Bison?

We wanted to create a modern, sleek, visually engaging video and animated product stack that showcased our products and solutions in an easy-to-understand way.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seven Bison handled the project from start to finish. We collaborated on the script and messaging, and their team led the creative direction, visual concepts, animation, and overall production. They created all of the visuals from scratch and brought everything together into the final video and animated product stack. They also worked closely with us throughout the process, incorporating our feedback and refining the video until we were completely happy with the final result. Building on that success, Seven Bison also created an animated product stack for the company's homepage hero, showing how its products and solutions fit together.

How did you come to work with Seven Bison?

Our CMO initially learned about them through an email from their team. We looked into the company and were impressed by their work and strong reviews. Their pricing also fit our budget, so we decided to move forward.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2025–August 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were extremely happy with the final video, and we received very positive internal feedback. In fact, we were so pleased with Seven Bison's work that we expanded the engagement and asked them to create an animated product stack for the hero section of our homepage. The video has also become an important asset for showcasing our full portfolio of products and solutions across our website and other marketing channels.

How did Seven Bison perform from a project management standpoint?

They did a great job from a project management standpoint. They communicated clearly, stayed on top of everything throughout the process, and were very responsive whenever we had questions or feedback. They were also incredibly flexible and accommodating as we worked through different ideas and revisions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was how invested Seven Bison was in making sure we were completely happy with the final product. They were incredibly flexible, receptive to feedback, and always willing to refine and explore different ideas with us. Communication was easy throughout the entire process, and it truly felt like a collaborative partnership rather than simply working with a vendor. It was genuinely a pleasure working with their team.

We needed help with animation projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seven Bison has provided various animation services, including 2D and 3D animation and in-person animation consultation while shooting commercials. The team has created many corporate explainer videos and worked on the composition of an animated ant for AJ Products in their advertisements.

What is the team composition?

We worked with around six teammates total from Seven Bison over the years.

How did you come to work with Seven Bison?

I was a production manager at another media agency and was introduced to Seven Bison as a production partner. We chose the team because of the quality of their work and affordability.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between 2021–2023 whilst I was at the production agency, but will happily work with them again should the right job come up.

Our enterprise client was looking for short form videos to be animated and produced in a rather truncated timeline and needed the videos to have high proudction value.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thr project was done on time and produced leads for the client which led to conversations which led to some new business. The videos also helped in awareness of the brand.

They were pretty fast considering our side was a little slower.
