When we initially contacted SERPninja - our goal was to increase traffic(which was basically 0) to about 10k visitors a month. This was a difficult task as we were starting from scratch.

SERPninja was able to deliver this by building high quality backlinks and increase our signups drastically. They also assisted with content strategy and keyword research though i think their core competence in building high quality backlinks.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Increased qualified traffic to our blog 
2. Increased signups to our free and paid extensions/API
3. Overall increase in domain authority as a result of which we are able to rank for competitive keywords with about 100k searches a month.

Most of the communication was through email and live chat. Deliverables were on time.

I have had bad experiences with a lot of other vendors when it comes to SaaS SEO. But SERPninja helped with actual deliverables instead of fancy, unwanted reports. Couldn't be more happier.

Seems like they are swamped with work some of the times and live chat on the website is slow to respond.

We needed an organic link building and content writing service for our 6 online gaming sites. The project required outreach to quality websites in similar niches. Serpninja handled our link building and content marketing needs in an efficient manner.

For most of the keywords we were targeting, we noticed significant improvements in ranking. And they were some of the tough keywords to target in the online gaming niche.

Like clockwork. Most of the work is delivered within promised time frames. Delays, if any, are conveyed with complete transparency. Quite frankly we didn't need to go to other vendors once we started working with these guys. And they're always available on phone/email/IM.
