Seraphic created ZigZag in a record time, and we were able to onboard customers within few months. Given it is a healthcare product, Seraphic developed platform which is HIPAA compliant.

Seraphic provide excellent software development services to build our mobile apps-Apple & Google. LittleLit is an educational product for kids in the range of 6-14 years. Seraphic provided great services to build backend/frontend application where the UI/UX design was child friendly, microservice based architecture and most importantly Seraphic's understanding of GenAI/ML pipeline was great to get our product to the market.

The scope included adding the listed features whilst maintaining full functionality as per the current app and uploading apps to iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

• Full UI design update.
• Full rebuild of app including code as the pevious app was not coded correctly and there were major issues all the time.
• Intergrate subscriptions with RevenueCat.
• Feature Updates were: 
  • Update horse details page with new details.
  • Redo the repeat events function so it was more userfriendly.
  • A feature to be added in settings where the owner of the profile can add someone’s email address and that user will gain access to the horses within the owner’s account on their own profile.
  • Add promo code functionality so that we can give discounts.
  • Add fully new features like a training feature, competition scheduling and more health category options.
  • Add Facbook SDK for Meta Ads

I was delivered the app with all functions completed and after a thorough testing process the app exceeded my expectations.

Rakesh has been really great to deal with, he has a very problem solving attitude and was always up to exploring new things even if that meant he had to do R&D. Upon receiving the first build of the app I provided feedback and he was always happy to fix issues to ensure that the app aligned with my vision perfectly regardless of how long it might take.

His team provided high quality work which I have been very happy with and they delivered on what was asked of to a very high standard. He appreciated the fact I had a budget and worked with me to deliver the required project within my financial requirements.

His communication is very punctual and I always got a reply to messages or phone calls very quickly regardless of the time difference we shared. Without explanation he would do his own research on ways we can improve UI or app user experience and I was very impressed with this.

In the early stages of testing the app there were a few features which did not work and were obvious to pick up so it should have been tested thoroughly before I received it.

I think something which could be improved is their own internal testing before providing the app to the client. The app needs a thorough test on a phone to make sure all features are working as expected to the best of their knowledge before providing it to the client to do their own testing.

My app was for horses which is hard to understand if you are not in the industry so I do sympathise that a few features would have been hard to understand.
