Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the CEO of Equipment4motorcycle in Leicester. We are one of the biggest motorcycle accessories suppliers in United Kingdom.

We have received an email from SEOMAKER SEO Agency about our website, it was too slow, HTML coding problems and most importantly not SEO worthy then we decided to hire an SEO agency to improve our SEO quality in website and for other problems as well...

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

There were lot of SEO agencies within the Leicestershire. The main reasons we worked with this company are timing, service quality, communication, and most importantly, prices. Prices were unbeatable compared to other SEO agencies and as soon as we contacted back with this company, they called us instantly and give all the information we needed.

After We decided to buy their service, their team emailed us and wanted some information about the business and set up some keywords that are used on our website. They explained everything they were going to do in the first place, such as link building, keyword research, HTML errors, speed of the website, and much more. I can't list them all. 

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Their support team contacted our client and asked for information about the website's creator. But we were not able to get in touch with the website creator because we haven't extended the website support policy. But we pretty much didn't need it because they already had a team who did all the work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We sell our products on eBay, Amazon, and other marketplaces. But we wanted to sell our products on our own website, but we were not able to due to poor quality of the website and not being SEO-worthy. After all the work had finished we started to get sales from the website, which was incredible. The amount of sales has been increased and whenever I type one of our products on Google it comes up on the first page, absolutely brilliant work.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

First of all, they told us what the plan was and how they were going to apply the plan to our website. They have delivered everything on time and using the correct documents to explain to us, what are the problems on our website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think this company is faster than it should be, even though you buy the service monthly, they deliver the service instantly. Also their friendliness.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I dont know much about SEO but overall I'm just happy with my purchase and will definitely buy another month of service.
